Information about the area

Sozopol is the oldest town on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. The town lies on a rocky peninsula, 34k m (21,3 miles) south of Burgas. The National Park “Ropotamo”, situated 8,5 km south of Sozopol, features a unique flora and fauna. The water lilies in Ropotamo are listed in the Red book of extinct plants.

The Ofir hotel is located 30 km or 30 minutes by car or bus from Burgas International Airport. Sozopol is easily accessible on highway E87.
