  friendliness of staff , spacious rooms , swimming pool , sumptuous breakfast ( included in price !! ) - when we got there we got a room that was cold,there was no light in the corridor outside the room,and the telephone was broken. After a chat with the hotel manager we got a very good room . Though all that took almost an hour (evening) while we... wat mensen zeggen » were very tired and that was the time we planned to spend in the swimming pool,which was closed by the time we got arranged in our room.

  Excellent! Magical! Astonishing! I must say that I have visited many hotels in my life and i don't remember having stayed at a more cosy and pleasant hotel. The service was outstanding, the food even better, the rooms are massive, and very home-like. Don't be fooled! there is no comparison with the other hotels whatsoever! Pure affordable luxury! - Absolutely great friendly staff, Eva can help you to arrange everything, Mario can assist you at any time, Via does fantastic Balinese massage and everyone else is just as wonderful. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, very cosy bar with a fire to relax after a ski day! Also hot jacuzzi outside was very nice. The room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was good. Shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes to take you to the gondola and back. On the whole my stay was extremely pleasant!

  I was impressed by room's size-around 30 sq m. In fact, it was the largest hotel room I have ever been to. The view from our room was fantastic- mountains:). In addition, the staff seemed very friendly and polite. Hotel's spa facilities-excellent as well as nice size swimming pool. In regards to our breakfast- lots to choose from: English breakfas... wat mensen zeggen » t, Bulgarian breakfast, banica, mekici, white cheese, cheddar, salaams, some veggies and fruits etc. I was very satisfied with everything and did not - We were in the apartment for 3 person. We liked the view to the mountain, the location that is upper on the mountain, it's quiet and relaxing, the spa, the big pool, the heated chairs, the fireplace at the entrance, the polite staff. The design of the rooms is very modern. We had all the amenities in the kitchen (we even had a dish washer). Bathrobes and slippers are provided on the reception.
