Wat mensen zeggen

Not able to pay by Credit Card, they said that the card system is out of order so we need to pay by cash, we didn't had "leva" so the hotel staff offered us an unfair exchange rate. The hotel staff is very poor in speaking English, some of the employees doesn't speak at all.
