  Its directly on the beach, sitting in the morning having breakfast overlooking the sea is just relaxing. The breakfast is really great lots of fresh fruits love itttt ,)) nice staff the owner is kind and very helpfull. Its surrounding neighborhood made the stay very convenient with a 24 hour "padaria" (Brazilian bakery/small convenience shop), drugstores, great restaurants, and pubs to hang out at night. The staff was also very polite and helpful.

Het heeft een super uitzicht. personeel is heel behulpzaam. met dank aan Rodrigo en Igor. zij hebben ons nog geholpen om een belangrijke vlucht te boeken. - Bijna allles..Perfecte locatie, super dakterras met goede coctai... wat mensen zeggen » ls en lounge stoelen, stoombad met kleine pool & uitzicht (uniek!) heel goed ontbijt, aardig personeel.

  I was a bit worried, after reading some negative reviews here, but the hotel was actually quite good, for Rio standards at least. The standard room I had needed some redecorating for sure, but it was very spacious and had a fantastic city view. I was up on the 18th floor, so it was not noisy at all, but it might be more for the lower floors.   The Staff was very helpfull and very friendly. The location is great and the room very spacious . I would stay again withouy a second though . I never take time to give feedback as I travel everyweek but this time I though I woudl take the time. - Excellent location. Very friendly staff with fluent English. Clean. Great breakfast.   We stayed at the sol Ipanema for 3 nights at the beginning of March. We chose a deluxe sea view room and it didn't disappoint. We were on the 11th floor and had fabulous views in both directions. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning and had 2 evening meals in the restaurant, the second time... wat mensen zeggen » because the rain was too heavy to venture out! Both meals were of a good quality. Other guests commented on the small rooftop pool but quite frankly - Incredible location..very clean and nice rooms. Though I had to wait about an hour to check in but the front desk infact particularly Mr. Leonardo was kind enough to check me into a spacious sea view room though I had a mountain view booking. The lobby is quite comfortable and they serve you very well and too be true very well priced. The roof top bar & pool again are a joy giving a breathtaking view of the beach all around. To sum up a great place to stay and I would return soon..

  De ligging was goed, - Our stay at the Ipanema Plaza was excellent. When we arrived tired (without luggage, lost by the airline) we were offered a room already at 0600 although we hadn't expected to check-in until 1400. Staff at reception was efficient and spoke good english, cleaning was very good and the breakfast was delicious. Pool and Sauna (i... wat mensen zeggen » n Brazil!) at the top floor is highly recommended. - Extremely convenient location right by Ipanema Beach and nice restaurants and shops, The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful when we asked for sightseeing advice. Our room on the Ipanema Floor was really lovely, nice modern furnishing and fantastic view of the beach. The hotel restaurant is really good and the breakfast was also excellent.
