  Kurt and Laurent were fabulous hosts and the apartment is where they lived while the renoveated the rest of their wonderful home, garden and B&B rooms. Very delicious, too - with fresh strawberries. We'd go there back for sure!

  Our stay at expo 13 was just what we needed for our stay in Ghent, it was close to the train station which meant our journey and moving around was very simple and straightforward. The room was warm and the bed very comfy for 2 tall adults. We had a kettle and nesspresso machine in the room with free herbal teas and coffee, brits take - We loved Expo 13! Kitty and Didier were wonderful hosts and made our stay in Gent a perfect experience. Their newly renovated B&B in a beautiful art deco town house is really a lovely place. The rooms are wonderful and the breakfasts gorgeous. Every detail is taken care of and Didier is always there to help with any additional information you might need (in any language). We initially planned to stay for two nights and move on to Antwerp, but then fortunately were able to extended and used

  Ik en mijn vriendin werden hartelijk ontvangen en kregen een gedetailleerde uitleg over Gent. We hebben de tips van de Hotelier opgevolgd en een geweldige tijd gehad in deze stad. De volgende ochtend hebben wij heerlijk ontbeten. Alles was vers. Bovendien zijn de kamers prachtig.   The staff were extremely helpful and most welcoming. Room was spacious, comfortable and included tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. Although it is not in the city center, the walk to the center is quite nice - alternatively the guy at the reception explained that there's a tram that stops just... wat mensen zeggen » round the corner. There's also a park up the road with a nice playing ground for young children. This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during - Hotel is convenient to train station (2 min. walk) and city center (10 min. tram ride or 20 min. walk). Hotel owners are professional and friendly, and work hard to make guests comfortable and to orient them to the city sights. Rooms are clean, comfortable, updated, and spacious. Breakfast is good and plentiful. Friendly atmosphere. Neighborhood quieter than you'd expect given its proximity to train station, but there are plenty of restaurants and conveniences near-by. I'd gladly stay here agai

  Zeer vriendelijk welkom geheten. Fijne flat met alle comfort die je nodig hebt. Dicht bij het centrum in een rustige buurt met toch genoeg winkels om de hoek voor de dagelijkse dingen die je nodig hebt. Geen rekening houden met een ontbijt wat maar tot zo laat kan maar lekker zelf je croissant om de hoek halen zo laat als je wil. Echt een aanrader... wat mensen zeggen » . - Bijzonder prettige ontvangst, behulpzame gastheer. Fijn uitzicht op de boomgaard van het klooster, ruimte en lucht. Heerlijke vouwfietsen zijn een plus. Centrum op aangename loopafstand, musea vlakbij.

  Ann was terrific. She is an attentive host. We had been traveling for several straight days and needed to do laundry. She would not hear of that since it would take away our sightseeing, so she did our laundry for us! The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was enormous, and the breakfast excellent. The bed is comfortable, the room is quiet despite being on the front of the house. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious.
