The house and rooms were wonderful, beautifully decorated, spotless condition. The staff were very helpful, caring and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them.

It's very luck we lived in the transitional double room. Very nice and old classic room, not modern. You will feel back to 18 century with old style furniture and carpet. And the ppl are very kind. Because of this room, we decided to stay one more night. Free parking. It's a little bit far away from the downtown. So it's better to drive there.
Unique! Lovely big room. Interesting lighting. Very comfortable. WiFi good. Air con welcome as we visited during a hot spell. Good breakfast. Private parking, though a short walk away. Generally quiet (though see downside). Very convenient for old quarter. Didn't use TV (huge) nor fire as too short a stay / summer, but nice to have. Would return.
Taking off shoes quirky but we were prapared for this and in summer it's easy and slippers provided. No stand up shower, nor ability to fix on a stand the hand held shower. If you like your privacy in the bath, there is none, but that was obvious from the pictures. Why do the nearby builders (heard the drilling (?) through closed windows) have to start so early then seem to go quiet?!

Superb hotel. Beautiful, spotless. Great breakfast, friendly owners who were happy to go the extra mile. We were in Belgium for the Tour of Flanders, location was great, 25 minute drive to Oudenaarde.

Beautiful rooms, stylish design. We stayed in Graaf Van Vlaanderen Room (Executive Double Room) and Modern Room (Deluxe Double Room with Balcony). Both are cosy. It's nice to sit by a fireplace with a beer. :) Wonderful breakfast. Lovely amiable hosts and staff. Excellent advices given. The recommended places were beautiful. A free parking place for guests of PPP on an underground parking nearby. Excellent location.
Construction works nearby are still in progress. They start at 7am. But they couldn't wake me up and gave me no problems at all. :)
Very good B&B- clean, warm, with good breakfast, near from city centre and with parking!!!
Many steps to our room
Good location, the city of Gent is adorable, our room was magnificent with the bath in the middle of the room. Good breakfast, but the buffet was poor. There is no separated tables at breakfast. No shoes allowed to go to the rooms area (in the hall you take the shoes) which is strange (for me, al least) when you're paying the place...
The parking should be for free, however, after the check out, we went to the parking and we had to pay a full day parking. We wanted to call the guest house but it was impossible, the whole afternoon they were unreachable! We payed....and just left.

It is a wonderful B&B and fits perfectly with the city of Ghent. I highly recommend it.
