It was very nice the staff and security guard on duty at night was very helpful in that i had to use crotches because of a surgery.i was put on the third floor but was moved immediately to the first and everything wad convient.thank ms.michelle and wanda at front desk.security guard at night when we checked in on the 17november very nice and helpf

The room was big and very pretty. Everything was clean. Looooved the
patio with the beautiful view of the harbor. The people were friendly.
Glad to have the microwave and refrigerator. Pretty pool. While the pool
was not working, we were given accommodation at another pool. It was not
terribly expensive at all.

Pure Luxury, would definitely recommend it in any way. Sure, it's damn expensive, but it's worth any penny. Don't regret it at all! (stayed in a studio on 22nd floor) -

The maids turn down your room every night so you return to a room ready
for bedtime. The layout was great and more private than the other
buildings. The beach is very close and the water park is behind the
build so you dont hear the noise. Felt safe in the resort and in the
island area. -

Chef Cleveland probably tops our entire dining experience on Nassau
including downtown and Paradise Island...but dinner must be ordered
around lunch as he goes to get the items directly to make the evening
meal. More than worth the money and Cleveland himself is highly

We liked the friendly management staff, the location of our hotel (just over the bridge to Nassau) and the beautyful tropical cabbage beach. We would recommend to do some sightseeing and learn more about the culture of Bahamian people. Visit Arawak Key if you like to taste some original bahamian food. -

We loved Atlantis and the access to beach, waterslides, and lazy rivers. We loved the setting on Paradise Island. We loved the security and the ability to walk from hotel to beach to waterslides, hotels, etc. with ease. I loved the ambiance with the aquarium and waterfalls. Atlantis beach was great - with the jet skis. The food in the restaurants was excellent. I went during the low season and it was far from full. This meant there was loads of room at the pool and generally in the hotel.

The staff was so kind to us and always made sure we were comfortable. Also, we had clean towels everyday, AC, cable TV, a mini fridge, a nice balcony where we used to have breakfast, etc. It was so close to the beach and a supermarket. We were very happy there. -

The experience at the facility was so much more than I imagined based on
the reviews! You must experience this yourself as the two words that
comes first to mind is quiet and serenity!! Yes the hotel is not the
Atlantis or Ritz Carlton, however the cleanliness, and the individual
