I was charged $15.90 for breakfast and it was meant to be included in room price ?
this was so close to everything. caught train to our concert no trouble. walking distance to train station.
The hotel is excellent bit pricey but I suppose that's the price you have to pay.
After paying for two rooms back in March straight away I then had to leave $150 credit card payment once we arrived in December was then told it would be credited back on my card in 3 to 5 days wasn't told this on any of the bookings not happy as if was short then if this amount whilst shopping

The king size bed was very comfortable and the two pillow choice, firm or soft is also brilliant. Slept well. No road noise. Food in restaurant was excellent and the staff service was second to none. Had breakfast on last morning of our stay - lots to choose from and very yummy. Good location to shops, transport and M4
It was hard to find motel. We don't own a GPS and the map wasn't detailed enough. Also the door and lift cards not that good. Had several rides up and down in the lift as card was not working correctly

Unfortunately there wasxa pub pub across the street and being a Saturday night they had a band playing so noisy :(

The room I booked and had confirmed was not available on arrival. Another room was found but close to the lift. Very noisy area with the full sound coming into the room, including staff at 4:30am talking.
The staff were fantastic, from check in to waitstaff at the restaurant. There was a slight problem with our booking and the staff were so obliging and helpful. The restaurant staff were really appropriate with our younger children.Really close to great food and shopping and park for kids. Would happily stay there again.

Accommodations were great - vicinity to shopping and public transport fantastic - accessibility from Freeway for out of town visitors easy to find and park.
On this occasion was central for our trip between wedding venue and reception. The proximity to Rosehill and Olympic Park will make it an an ideal venue for future events...luved the King size bed!!

Given wrong room numbers then when we finally got room it wasnt what we booked. Then they decided to take a cash security deposit instead of CC so this left me with no money til morning, i had to ring family to help me out, very embarrassing, and their reason was because they can choose that option if they want. They couldnt show me this in writing though. No microwave in room which for a deluxe room isnt good enough, no cutlery, toaster or anything.

Very well maintained hotel, with professional standards of care, ideally located out of Sydney in Parramatta.
One staff member let it down in the dining area with a lack of interest, so we didn't eat in. Menu was better suited to a business or conference, rather than a budget private stay, but good restaurants within walking distance.

Loved the friendly service, bar people were exceptionally easy going and great service. Especially loved the comfy bed and pillows. The room was clean and a nice size. Enjoyed the buffett breakfast. would certainly go back again.

Everything was good in hotel proper.
Felt was expensive for location. Had to pay for parking. Area between parking & foyer was shabby. Also a big patch of vomit. Not a good first impression for a first stay.
