  We were welcomed by the very friendly Linley (and his dog) who were both a delight. A great view of the adjacent parkland and local river was magnificent. Rooms had free Wi Fi, good lighting and were very comfortable and had just enough kitchen amenities. Rooms were quite, and we could hear the stream and birds. Excellent value for money. Great Italian restaurant just up the road.

  The staff were very helpful and friendly. Was central to everything. Was very peaceful. Had activities for the kids to keep them occupied and most of all was the price which was very reasonable.
