  When we requested a different room, the receptionist handled it in a friendly, efficient manner. Very impressed in general with the staff. Although young, they displayed confidence and a thorough knowledge of their roles. Spa options were very good. - Rooms were clean and comfortable, location was great and spa and pool area were great!

  The prompt friendly service, beautiful layout of the resort always something to do.my son is autistic and doesn't speak at all.. well when we arrived in your resort he started to speak and was the happiest he's ever been to us it was priceless our best memory. We will be back. - We liked every aspect of the resort, steam room cave with spas, waterslide in a beautiful clear tropical looking pool. We also liked our room being close to the pool side and gym. Our room had a great spa, the room was roomy and comfy. Will be bringing the kids next visit as it is very family friendly, games rooms, inside pool and spa. Cant wait to come back.

  Absolutely everything! We were particularly impressed with the staff, who stuck just the right level of assistance -professional, friendly and helpful.The decor is beautiful. The lounge area relaxing and lovely in every way. Our room was absolutely delightful, very generous size, loved the decor, the beds and pillows very comfortable, not a sound ... wat mensen zeggen » disturbing our sleep, our paper was left at our door in a purpose made bag; music came on within minutes of us getting into the indoor swimming pool. - We were there as the threat of a major bushfire approach. The staff were really helpful and on hand to help us, even though their houses were at risk. This is a great location for all of the sights. We requested something for the room and it was immediate. There is a good choice of food available

  We are a family of 6 with 4 young children. So, we loved that the resort offered activities that allowed us to have fun, and relax, as a family e.g. fantastic playground, pools, tennis court, beach, DVD player, iPod/iPhone music stereo, to name a few. Our 3 bedroom villa felt like a luxury home-away-from-home with every homely comfort, and space, ... wat mensen zeggen » necessary for a large family to operate day-to-day (e.g. washing machine, dryer, dishwasher). Staying at Magenta Shores Resort exceeded our expectatio - Loved the lay-out and the proximity of everything. We had privacy but not far to walk to any of the pools or the bar/restaurant. The receptionist on a Friday night / Saturday (not sure of her name but she has 3 young sons) - she was awesome! Very friendly, helpful and a real delight to deal with.

  it suited our purpose it was comfortable enough it was extremely good value for money it had lots of facilities but we weren't really there for vacation so didn't get to use them - Friendly, helpful staff. Easy access to all facilities, close to the Pub for meals/ music etc. Clean, well-presented cabins. Access to a heated pool as well.

  The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The pool/spa was just bliss to use at the end of a tiring day up the mountains! The Harvest restaurant served quality food and had a lovely atmosphere, again with great staff. Whilst the Gazebo restaurant was perfect for breakfast and very well managed. The overall surroundings were beautiful... wat mensen zeggen » and a pleasure to walk around. - We stayed 2 nights and our room was sufficient and served the purpose. the grounds and facilities are beautiful and relaxing. Food at the restaurant was fantastic though just a bit pricey. Bar was excellent; service impeccable - staff very helpful

  I loved the facilities. There was a huge selection of things to do including the pool, spa, sauna, pool table, table tennis, tennis court, guest lounge, bar, restaurant, etc. Fabulous! Our room was also larger than we expected it to be. Food at restaurant was delicious too.   The staff were absolutely fantastic, very friendly & nothing was too much trouble. The on site restaurant has a good menu, food is delicious & again the staff there were great. We were there after some pretty awful weather, yet the grounds were still very pretty. We had to adjust booking dates due to local flooding & the staff couldn't... wat mensen zeggen » be more helpful. - We were only passing through en route to the Gold Coast but we were very impressed with the standard of the accommodation and would definitely consider booking an extended stay at the resort for a future long weekend or family holiday at Coffs Harbour.
