The staff were wonderful, very nice and helpful and the location is ideal being close to Central Station and all forms of public transport to get around easily. We also found that the guests there were great too, they all seemed to be really nice and friendly people. All up a really good place place to stay and would definitely book with them again. :)

No. 14 is a lovely and cosy place. I did enjoy the time while I staying. Guests there are friendly and polite. I recommended my friends must stay there if they are going to Katoomba!! -

everything was perfect. a bit far from town but it's sort of walkable. might be worth looking up rainbow retreat although that one's not much closer -
We liked it was clean, the showers are way better than any backpacker's accommodation and the staff is really friendly and helpful.

Great value for money. The excellent state of repair, cleanliness and tidyness of the hostel was outstanding. There was lots of space for cooking, dining and lounging.
I particularly liked how staff to care to offer undercover parking for my motorcycle. -

We had a double room with private bathroom and it was very clean and comfortable, as if it had been recently renovated. The private parking space was also an added value. Although it was very cold, the heating worked very well and internet was fast. -
