  Clean and tastefully appointed rooms. We were a mature couple travelling with our mature daughter. The owners son who I gathered worked on mainting the Motel was very pleasant and very much open for a chat whenever we encountered him which made us feel very much at home. All in all nice place to stay and good value for money. - i liked the location, the room, the kitchenette was great and the kitchen Sunbeam equipment was a bonus. i cooked a lot of great meals. the layout of the room was good, it felt like home. Laundry service was great. and the Costumer service was FANTASTIC. We came for 1 Night BUT we Stayed for 3 Nights Because we liked it so much. Landscaping was great and the Herb plants on the gazebo ware a pleasantly useful.

  The Lakeside Holiday apartment was very nice. The owner/manager was very helpful. The apartment had a nice view of the lake and was very close to the beach and a reasonable walk to the center of town. Room and en-suite exceptionally spacious with comfortable lounge.   all the facilities needed were there. It was very clean and plenty of room as we had another couple who needed the second bedroom - The price, the unit had everything that was needed, location was perfect, quiet but only a short walk to the town.

  The lady that owns and runs this motel was fabulous. She called me on the morning that I was arriving to see if I needed to be picked up from the airport! Transfers to and from Gold Coast Airport were included! She was so helpful! The room was lovely and clean, beds were comfy. Karen was wonderful. We are both gluten and dairy intolerant. She said that was not a problem and provided a fantastic breakfast for us. Would be suitable for a family stay as kitchen well fitted for own catering. Fifteen/twenty minute walk into town with plenty of shopping choices, coffee shops and restaurants. Nice cafe close by, parking and clean pool.Unit was comfortable with a nice courtyard. In summary VERY good value for money.
