  We stayed at the Holiday Inn because we needed somewhere close to the airport as we had an early flight in the morning. On our our arrival we were greeted by a friendly staff member, I think her name was Sarah who assisted us with all of our needs. We had a room on the first floor which was modern, clean and comfortable. We were also able to leave... wat mensen zeggen » our car parked there under cover for $15 a day, sometimes you can get a deal which includes 7 days parking. If you are looking for somewhere to eat o - Having heard some negative reports about this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to find it particularly good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room quiet, comfortable, and relaxing after a long flight. Both the evening bar meal and the buffet breakfast were very good and reasonably priced. I would consider using this hotel again, when travelling through, or to, Sydney.

The location was good, near the Myer , David Jones, China town and the most attractions. And the room equipmented with all the things you n... wat mensen zeggen » eed, just like in you home. so i recommend it to the people who will have a long stay in Sydney - The view from our room 4107 was absolutely fantastic! they had run out of rollaway beds ,but made up a bed for our daughter in the lounge which was just perfect for her to stay with us for a couple of nights.We loved your apples and the friendliness of all your staff even the cleaning ladies. We also loved the pool ,spa and sauna..Thank you for everything.

  Absolutely everything! We were particularly impressed with the staff, who stuck just the right level of assistance -professional, friendly and helpful.The decor is beautiful. The lounge area relaxing and lovely in every way. Our room was absolutely delightful, very generous size, loved the decor, the beds and pillows very comfortable, not a sound ... wat mensen zeggen » disturbing our sleep, our paper was left at our door in a purpose made bag; music came on within minutes of us getting into the indoor swimming pool. - We were there as the threat of a major bushfire approach. The staff were really helpful and on hand to help us, even though their houses were at risk. This is a great location for all of the sights. We requested something for the room and it was immediate. There is a good choice of food available

  Staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful. It was very comfortable and, given the location, surprisingly quiet. The breakfast was excellent. We will stay there again. - Ashleigh from the Bistro was amazing , her level of customer service was brilliant , she made our dining experience very special with her extra effort , gr8 staff member.
