Fantastic spot, close to everything, 2min walk to shopping centre. Ideal location for a wedding. We planned to stay one night and extended to two. Nice BBQ area next to swimming pool. View is amazing. We also used the hotel restaurant one night and the service was good. Next to the hotel is two great places to eat as well. -

The staff are very friendly, the rooms large and well appointed, the restaurant very good and the grounds very well kept. Obviously a well managed property. We had a most enjoyable and relaxing stay.

The staff were extremely friendly right from reception to the woman who came to close up the hot tub and the gentleman in the cafe next door for breakfast (which was amazing and reasonably priced) the room was lovely for what we paid and the hot tub on a cool windy night was very welcoming great place to stay -

We are a family of two younger children and two teenagers so quite hard to please but we all enjoyed our stay at the Ki-Ea Apartments. Very spacious and clean accommodation and balconies. Well equipped kitchen and parents area away from childrens which was nice. All children enjoyed pool facilities. -

The Shelly Beach was perfect. A lovely townhouse which was presented in a spotless condition with well appointed facilities. The washing machine and dryer was much appreciated. The children loved the pool. We stayed 3 nights but wished we had booked longer. -

The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was comfortable Nd well furnished. The gym was great good air conditioning and spacious and. Reasonable well equipped. The pool was vary good, modern clean and functional and nice and warm on a cool morning.
Free undercover parking was a bonus and the girl on reception was lovely. -

Loved the room & view was fantastic. Don't understand why the room we stayed in was just called riverview. While this is true we could see the ocean clearly. Maybe you should state this as I was a little hestitant in the first place to book it for just a riverview. -

We really loved the room 808 it was very clean, comfortable and had a well set up kitchen and of course for the magnificent views. We enjoyed the breakfast (included in our tariff). Friendly and helpful staff. Even having the BBQ cleaned before we had time to do it. We will definitely be recommending Port Pacific Resort and WE WILL BE BACK

The view as we stayed in a 2 bedroom oceanfront apartment on level 6 and they had bay windows(from floor to ceiling) that slides across to open all the way and the apartment was very spacious. You can also hire bikes for $10 half a day and children under 18 are free.

This is our second visit to the Observatory. We love the location, great ocean views, helpful staff, pool, cleanliness, comfort, close proximity to good restaurants - just the best place for a winter break - but we'll be back in summer as well!
