Great room service on Sunday morning after midnight one of the best steak sandwiches I have ever eaten.

Allways a good stay in the Hyatt Perth, a well run hotel with great staff. The lobby and bar are very relaxing and not far from the centre of the city although for some it might be a bit of a walk. There is a free hotel bus to town in the morning and a free community bus run that stops close by. Parking in the hotel is easy as well. The restaurant on the street level is very good and can be booked to the room.

After much stress getting to the hotel through peak hour Friday traffic we were very pleasantly surprised. Not only with the staff member that couldn't do enough for me. Overall was really happy with the room - comfortable big bed, great shower and all the basic amenities I needed. Only a ten minute walk to the main shopping district but also a free bus directly out the door. I would definitely recommend getting a room with a balcony - it was perfect getting the warm sunshine coming through in the morning. -

It's situated right in city centre, very convenient to shop and get access to any food you want.
Staffs are friendly and helpful, sometimes they even offer candies n chocolates to guest while waiting at lobby and my kids love it. The room is decent and comfortable though it looked old. Breakfast spread is the same everyday but its decent and tasty, nothing to complain about.

I have stayed at Goodearth a few times, I like the close proximity to the city-walking distance also buses outside if needed. The staff are always very helpful and friendly.The rooms are well maintained. I love the meals "food to go" that can be purchased in the motel that can be either delivered to your room, or eaten in the lounge area.

Rate was very reasonable and as such I suspect we had a room yet to berenovated. However, the room was more than adequate for our needs, bothclean and comfortable, with good quality linen and towels. We receivedexcellent customer service delivered in a friendly manner. - The gentlemen who recieved us was just excellent and wellcoming.
