Loved the place. Loved the set out of the unit and the main sitting room. Loved the balcony overlooking the street where we could sit out in the sun. Loved the location just around the corner from the Noosaville shops. Would return again to Cockleshell when next in Noosaville. Delightful, peaceful and best of all we felt safe there. Our apartment was clean, well appointed and comfortable. A pair of rainbow lorikeets were frequent and friendly visitors. Lots of cafes and shops within easy walking distance and very close to the beautiful Noosa River. We would definitely stay here again.

Would certainly stay again and highly recommended it!. Couldn't get a better location, extremely well set up, especially kitchen & laundry had everything we needed to make it home away from home for us. Definitely stay again & we have recommended it to others to stay already. Great location.Just far enough away from the main road and shopping centre but yet so close to walk around the corner for a great meal.Bird life at night was great.Hearing all the birds coming home to roost. Gosh....I absolutely loved everything about our stay at Cockleshell Sands. A truly fantastic little secret place.....we loved it Thank you kindly for having us, we shall return. We have been going to Noosaville for many years and always enjoy our stay. The unit was quiet, comfortable and central to shops and restaurants and river for activities. The place was in a very quiet location, yet within a short walking distance to cafes,restaurants and the waterfront. Great location short walk to Noosa river and the surrounding restaurants. Very clean, fresh and well maintained. Nice having a ensuite,tidiness,good size tv, tv in bedroom,great shower, position ,comfy main bed,good pillows. Although off site managers I felt they couldn't do enough for me. Lovely stay. Look forward to my next visit. Everything was great...from our first dealing with staff through to our departure. We will definitely return. The location of the apartment meant you could lock the car up and walk to the cafes, shops and river. The close proximity to the town centre and the price. Basic but had every thing needed. Quiet location. location, access to cafe's and activities. it is very good everything. size and location. Location. Would have preferred a 3 seater couch instead of a 2 seater so we could spread out and relax to watch tv. Just a thought. There were only 2 of us and we each had our own toilet which was great but the main bathroom ran out of toilet paper as the roll had already been partly used. Just a little bit annoying when on holiday having to think of mundane stuff. For some reason we assumed there would be extra rolls supplied. Nothing!. Could hear a bit of noise from other apartments, that's it!. Having to leave and come back home to work. leaving. The oven was in need of a good clean There was no phone in our apartment. No wifi. No reception area, not a bad thing, just not used to it. Not much to not like. I didn't have a problem with anything!. Couldn't stay longer!. The stairs, that's just bad luck ,and wouldn't stop me booking that room again. Nothing not to dislike. nothing really. have chosen to stay there each may for past few years. nothing really, it was a good place to stay. stairs were very slippery, scared to let my 3 year walk up and down, rooms needed a good air out, very stale smell. the fridge was extremely noisy especially at night & there was no air conditioning in the living areas. Washing liquid poor quality and not enough to wash properly Some plates greasy when we went to use them Pillows very uncomfortable. Nothing. Stark white fluoro lighting inside is not conducive for a relaxing holiday. Musty smell in bedrooms and lounge room - damp smell. Had to buy a fragrant candle and sprays to make it smell better! Couldn't get air con to blow heat as very cold on the night we were there. Only had half a dozen tea bags for a 4 night stay. Rather dark . Strange dealing with a phone in the car park to find the keys etc. , efficient and friendly but lacking personal contact. Only way up is stairs hard with bags. Bulb in two rooms not working when we arrived. Need to identify room at bottom my sister arrived when dark, I told her it was no 7 1st floor she walk up to each door had to run finger over shell to work out number, pizza delivery man elped her in the end. nothing. Access to pool was dodgy. Nothing. The noise of the birds especially before sunset and early morning. Did not have the appropriate number of bathroom towels. the weather, it rained 10 days of 12. it is no office . minimal decor. horrendous shades in the bedroom that provided zero light blocking. The apartment had not been cleaned properly. Thick dust and grease on shelves.The patio doors were difficult to open. En suite toilet seat loose. Lipstick on cup. Frypans absolutely disgusting.
