  As we do stay at nautilus frequently a cheaper rate would entice more stays more often. We did take you up on an email offer in May 2013 which did encourage us to stay with you again.   My partner and I had a studio unit on the second floor. It was compact, clean and self contained. All appliances were in good order and worked. The bed was very comfortable with excellent bedding/pillows. The resort facilities were excellent and we enjoyed the pool, spa, gym and roof top bbq. We booked and were given two adjacent apartments on the 7th floor Very well appointed and fantastic view, excellent location. Extremely comfortable bed too. Pleased that we were able to park two cars and also leave our cars at the resort on the morning of departure. We will be back.

  A very comfortable 3 bedroom apartment, front on level 5 with sea views. The property is located in the quiet area of Mooloolaba. It has everything on hand eg., Beaches, walking paths, restaurants and supermarket. It has a secured car park in the basement with a service lift travelling to all residential floors. The managers were very helpful and knowledgeable during our stay. - It was a brief stay but what we saw of the complex was that it is clean and tidy. The pool temp was a little cold so could have done with a little heating and we only had one towel between the both of us. We didn't complain because only stayed over night and found out it was missing when getting ready for bed. Everything else was great.

  2X Bedroom Apartment was lovely. Really nice inside, bedroom/bathrooms modern. Swimming pool was nice with jacuzzi also. Location was good enough, not directly on the beach but close to everything. Enjoyed our stay there and would stay again - The room was really nice. The furniture and style was modern and stylish.   Greta position! The apartments are well situated just back from the water with nice water views from most apartments without the glare of early morning sunshine on water. There is a small shopping complex situated diagonally opposite with a Coles Supermarket which makes buying items for your self-contained stay so easy. The position was awesome. The price was very doable. We only live in Caloundra but we chose to stay at Raffles for my daughters 18th. Very relaxing....I loved it totally and it has a fantastic view. Thank you Bob for an awesome weekend

They both had to postpone their stay due to health issues but the staff were very understanding, re-booking was not an issue and my parents commented on how nice the staff were during their stay!

  The apartments were incredibly spacious,clean and modern.Loved layout with bedroom at back of apartment away from the road and traffic noise. Very helpful and friendly staff ,allowed late check out and baggage storage. Apartment had everything you needed and was a very short stroll to cafes and shops. The apartment was fabulous and very spacious, clean, comfortable and modern. We had a garden ocean view apartment and loved it - right next to the lift and our car spot it was so convenient. The gym was great too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Their direct booking rates were better than Wotif. Osprey was excellent.
