  The location was convenient for our purposes. We had a villa so there was plenty of room and a kitchenette to prepare our own meals. Our Villa was located well back off the road and was very quiet. - Close to Shopping center and takeaway. Spacious room, cooking facilities.

  This place was fantastic. We will stay there again. It is always difficult travelling interstate with a dog! Even though the dog is cleaner than many humans and totally well-behaved, the motels that accept animals are usually dumps! Not the case with Jesmond! So pleasantly surprised to fine a comfortable and well furnished, clean room and a ver... wat mensen zeggen » y attractive property, well located just across the road from restaurants and other facilities! - Everything, the friendly staff, the quality of the goods in the room, the privacy, also the price is quite fair too. The most important thing is that the place is a Pet-friendly accommodation and this is a big bonus for travellers who do not know what to do with their dogs while they are away. I loved the place and I am going back there soon.

  I loved Barbara she was kind enough to allow myself and my daughter to check in early. She delt with the rude guest about moving his car. When I told her what the men had done she insisted on discounting my stay. I was very pleased with the room the detail to our comfort and the room facilities. I would recommend this motel to my friends and fami... wat mensen zeggen » ly and if I ever have a need to stay in Newcastle I would definately stay here again - the staff, cleanliness and quiet enviroment. although is not very near from city central zone, there are bus stops just in front to go and return and the bus service is excellent. the trip to centre town takes about 15 minutes.

  Was caught up at the wharfs and they were close and easy to find and parking for a large vehicle and I thought it was good value for money and I had a pleasant stay - Very friendly management of the complex and willing to go out of their way for you. Definitely recommend the complex to friends as customer service is everything.

  This is a great place, 12 newly decorated bdrooms above a friendly bar and restaurant. Check in was smooth and the guy who showed us around was very friendly (his mum was Scottish). Our room was great and had an ensuite and the comfiest bed ever! Don't be put off by the rooms that don't have ensuites as there is 12 rooms in total and 7 of them ... wat mensen zeggen » have ensuite so 5 share facility's (we think there is at least 2/3 separate bathrooms / toilets so you're only really sharing with one other room if t - Cheerful, friendly and helpful staff, good price (Oz is expensive!), free tea/coffee and kitchen facilities. Would definitely go there again.
