Beautiful setting in lovely gardens and surroundings with moorings and canals. Excellent swimming pool and jacuzzi(really well maintained) Very amenable and friendly staff. Close to CBD and local bus and train transport. Really good value for money. A very enjoyable stay over. Good service in providing appropriate single bedding for grandchildren. Good bed and bathroom. Facilities good for people who wanted to stay longer than overnight like us.
alle beoordelingen » I thought the studio room was really clean and well presented. The bed was comfortable. I also thought the court yard garden in the middle of the complex was lovely. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was good, well equipped and clean. It was quiet late evening and night (good rules about that). The place had a great atmosphere, staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay there again and recommend. The room and bathroom were a good size, clean. The staff went out of their way to assist us with a special request. Our best stay on our wa holiday. Great facilities at a great price and reception staff were lovely. Great Location, Excellent View from the apartment, Great value for money, Secure place with parking. It is well located. They were helpful agreeing both to an early check-in and a late check-out. comfortable, had all the facilities. within walking distance of town. quest was easy to find. Nothing I did not like. They were let down by the day (net) curtains that were absolutely rotten and hanging in shreds and the usual absence of a plug for the wash basin. room was not ready, we arrived early. Would like to see owners do a deep clean now and then with carpets and lounges, daily staff don't have time for this, units smell stale upon entering, apart from that we enjoyed our weekend. The toilet and lounge were broken. Bush Tick on pillow, maintenance in bathroom, blinds still dusty, need map of grounds in the apartment. The towel rail by the shower was very flimsy and fell off. The bothroom was a bit on the nose. Also we should always get Industry rate. Room not ready on check-in time. We arrive at 2:30 and the room has not been cleaned yet. Car bay is very tight. Hard to get in and out especially on large vehicles. The bedroom tv did not work. Only being able to smoke on the (windy) jetty, not in the (empty) garden. No airconditioning in the bedroom and not happy with single beds being pushed together was uncomfortable. Booked online but couldn't pay online?? Had to pay at reception. Bed hard, extractor fan in bathroom quite noisy (room 43A). Lack of airconditioning in bedrooms; drinking by neighbour til 4AM. Curtains torn in room. one key opened both rooms a and b. Car space very small. Carpet had stains and rips, air-conditioning was inadequate and bedroom didn't have air-con which made in insufferable with afternoon sun beating on the bedroom window!. The unit furnishings were filthy... We didn't even want to sit on the couches, the curtains were disgusting, the carpet was in desperate need of a clean or replacing and part of the carpet was pulled off one of the stairs... Leaving exposed nails which was a safety concern with young children. The state of it needs an upgrade. Didn't think it was worth the money- lounges were ordinary. Getting out of the bath I lightly grabbed the towel rail which immediately came away from the wall which made me fall. I have badly bruised ribs and legs because of the fall. When informing the staff of the incident I was told "yes they'd had other similar injuries". I'm hoping at this stage I won't need medical attention but if I do, I will be forwarding any medical expenses onto Quest Mandurah. Very disappointing seeing we had a lovely visit besides that. very noisy, could here all movements from other rooms and upstairs. Sofas are dirty and smell - need cleaning. Foxtel did not work properly in our room. Air con was noisy. Towel rail in bathroom fell apart at the slightest touch and it looked like housekeeping were just putting it back together rather than getting it fixed properly.Hence my rating as budget accommodation.
