We enjoyed our stay at the Molly Morgan motel, it was in a great location for us and had every thing required for a comfortable stay. We would stay there again. Location to where we had to go, that there was somewhere to eat on site location to shops and other eateries. Close to shopping,clubs and ate Hospital/good location on highway. It was central to our needs, comfortable and nicely appointed.

Was pleasently surprised with the room . the last time we stayed there the rooms were very tired looking but they have done some renovations. Beds comfortable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I like the old style look of the hotel. Table and chairs in room, ironing board, tissues, microwave, toaster. Very clean and bright. Would recommend to friends. enough chairs to sit on. Close to shopping centre and Highway. That the attention to detail in the bathroom was not paid and the attempts of the owners to save money on having to replace soap, shampoo etc where useless as the dispensers where empty anyway. Always carry our own, however it was disclosed in the site information that these where avaliable. Over clean could be improved. The room was very noisy as the sliding door to the bathroom did not shut which would have drowned out the highway noise. Shower in the bath - get rid of bath - really dangerous! replace with a stand alone shower - Remove carpet from ensuite area - infection control. air con needs to be centralised. Furniture could do with a bit of an update. The hotel is quite noisy being on the main road. Room service meals took close to an hour to arrive. Needs refurbishment. It has that authentic 70 s feel because it hasn't received a makeover since that time! I ar river at 10pm due to a late plane and had to use my mobile to rouse reception so that I could collect my key. Not much customer service or conversation. Pillows were uncomfortable, but all good. Unfortunately highway noise but that's the location. Booked March for accommodation November bit cheeky charging amount from credit card in March for November accommodation could of taken a deposit. the shower was in the bath..hard to get into. Service was not up to the same standard as our last visit, restaurant was not open the first night, no cutlery with breakfast on first morning, breakfast was forgotten on the second morning, restaurant meals mixed up on second night. Restaurant used to be outstanding but under new management (?) is now average and almost no wine choice (in Hunter Valley!!). Rooms very dated and whole motel in need of complete renovation.
