  The staff were friendly, welcoming and took time to ensure we had all that we needed. They also gave us directions of where to find places and information about restaurants that were open on the public holiday. The room and ensuite were spotless. It was bright and had a good view. Everything worked and was geared for comfort and function (unlike one upmarket resort we stayed at where style overtook practicality). - Staff were attentive and friendly. The room was clean and had heaps of extras for the price. Lots of bikkies to go with ample tea and coffee. Shampoo, hand soap, body lotion. I would definitely stay here again. Great views over the Tamar and city lights.

It was central to all of the Golf Courses and was in close proximity of eateries, bars, shops and transport. The facilities(pool, spa and sauna) were also an added bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful and room was clean and modern and more than adequate in size and facilities.

  It was really central to the town and the parking was $6 which is very unusual for hotel parking. We arrived early and were able to get into our room which is always good when you have travelled a distance. - Great hotel, very central location and we could walk everywhere. It was close to the CBD, even though the road was reasonably quiet. Receptionist kindly gave us a key to put our bags in room and freshen up even though our room was not quite ready. - The breakfasts were excellent.   This is a wonderful apartment, especially for the two families like us. The children could play in the living room and parents could rest in our rooms. Lovely open kitchen and cozy living room with everything you need. Bedrooms are of good size. Staffs are extremely helpful. I will surely be back. - It is located at the CBD of Launceston. It is a very good location which s very close to the Visitor Centre, Boags Bewerage, variety kind of restaurants in the surroundings, etc. My family and I rented two 2-bedroom apartments on the same floor. The room are clean and tidy and with full-equipped kitchen. My family and I enjoyed the stay in Quest very much.

  Lovely location on the water at Launceston. Our room overlooked the River - was very spacious and comfortable. Could easily have stayed here for a couple of weeks.   We where only at your hotel for very few hours as we attended a function that finished late. We were very impressed the cleanlyness and comfort of your rooms. We left at 8am the next morning, but what we experienced we were very happy with.
