Location to Tallenugera Recreational Facility was perfect. Complex was quiet even though it was full. Close to beach and lovely walking tracks. Facilities are adequate and apartment has everything needed fir self containment. Suited my purpose. Location right on the beach awesome....quiet and relaxing not so busy and commercial like other parts of GC. Fab Greek and surf club restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Geat value for money will stay again.
alle beoordelingen » The apartment was so very clean and tidy. Very spacious with all the conveniences and mod cons. I loved that our apartment was just high enough (7th floor). Staff were very friendly and helpful. I always stay at Regency as it is like a home away from home. My grandson lives nearby so we are regular visitors. Staff are very helpful and friendly and go the "extra mile" when asked. The beach view was magic ..beachfront fantastic ..plenty undercover parking...everything in room and kitchen fully equipped ....clean comfy and great value .. Will stay again. Central to everything and right on the beach, no roads to cross. Undercover parking and only residents can get into garage and the building itself. Great value for money. perfect location easy access to gold coast ,friendly staff very quiiet great to relax and unwind .great veiws .grounds and resort spotless would come again. The Regency was very clean and well located in relation to the beach. The unit had a recent makeover and access to the lifts and carpark was great. It was a lovely place...the view was awesome, very clean and a relaxing place to stay...will be staying again and would like the same room!. Brilliant location and great price- will definately book again. A great unit overlooking the ocean. Have already recommended it to others. We liked the location the beach access the pool and the spar. We also liked the size and layout of the 2 bedroom apartment. Location was great and very close to shops and clubs . The poor reception/ interference on both television sets in the apartments. Our apartment was lacking in some nice furniture , what was there was a little tired looking and the balcony was in need of some decent patio chairs . The first morning being woken up by tradies grinding pavers at 6am... nothing. Nothing. I didn't like the 10am checkout time - I felt it should have been like most hotels and a 12noon checkout. Wifi should be available to all rooms Free. All good. Nothing. I didn't like that there was work going on and the sauna was out of use my whole stay. Other than that it was perfect!. It was a little dated. The linen supplied was in need of an upgrade bedspreads were in tatters as was mattress protecters. the bedspreads presented a slip trip hazzard as they laid on the floor this is a risk for ealderly tennants.The unit is in need of some general maintenance such as window winders couldn't wind them stuch with corode fans in bedrooms ironing board cover needs replacement.. had trouble lighting the gas stove. Wi-Fi was $7.50 per hour. Internet access too expensive. I didn't like having to pay for internet connection. nothing. The weather!. While a chair was provided for the shower the 2 bedroom apartment was not really wheel-chair friendly. No gym. No 24 hour check-in. There should be towels at the pool. Nothing. nothing. Not one thing it was just all good. broken lock on slider ;in 2nd bedroom.....no security on 7th floor sliders..stayed 2 nights in 2br & 2 bathroom with furniture pulled across doors to stop 4 yo climbing on balcony....transferred to 2nd floor with security...1 br ...1 bathroom no money refund...
