This was my second trip to Mantra Crown Towers. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment (3204) with a 2 and 4 year old. Once again a great holiday (5days). Kids loved the facilities. Our room was great and while it would be easy to criticise small items (dvd player didn't work, curtains dirty etc.), they were not material to our comfort or quality of our stay. Importantly our experience with the staff was fantastic - they were courteous and helpful when needed. Thai restaurant was also great. Well d.

The Changmai Thai restaurant is amazing and we will come again. Overall an excellent destination and we only live 5 minutes away. The room was very spacious, but dated furniture. However was very clean & comfortable. Very large kitchen with everything u need if u want to cook. The pool is beautiful with heaps of lounges, cafe there has great food & great prices. Great apartment to stay in with a young baby. Beautiful views. Very clean. Couldn't hear neighbours apart from if they were on their balcony. Walking distance to shops and beach. Lovely staff and restaurant/cafes in the building. the apartment size was great for our family. The pool facilities were great for us too. We didn't have to leave the resort to eat, so that was great for our family. Very convenient for everything we wanted to do in the Gold Coast. Children ADORED the pools and had to be extracted when wrinkly. kid friendly: food in restaurant suitable for kids and very reasonable price! friendly staff pools-awesome!!!!!! esp slide/pirate. Loved the facilities for children, kids pool / indoor pool and the location is fantastic. staff were very helpful. Maintenance done quickly in very professional manner. Very central, family friendly,.good thai food, great pools. Spacious functional rooms. Not a lot to be citical of. The restaurant downstairs seemed pricey, but then again, we didn't eat there (prices scared me off). We were disappointed that there was no dvd player, even though it was listed as a feature of the room. Also there was no information booklets in the room about the resort or it's surroundings, nothing!. Nothing wrong with the accommodation at all. Roadworks made driving to anywhere along this area a little bit of a nightmare if you don't know the area. The indoor pool area seemed unclean. I noticed debris around the edge of the pool which put me off going in there. in November:too much shade around pool so it was too cold in outdoor pool even during day however awesome pools!. The room could have been cleaner and the couch needs an upgrade as this was extreamly uncomfortable. issues with airconditioner. Photos are incorrect, room we stayed at was very old and apparently they don't have new rooms for one bedroom room. Was quite disappointed by that. Old facilities. looking a little old in the bathrooms. A bit old with interior design. rooms were not very clean . bathroom had mold and found used condom in children S room very disgusting. Room not ready at 7pm. To busy to serve coffee while we waited. expect a room to be ready 5hrs after check in time. our room hadn't been cleaned properly , kids toys left from previous person, ciggarette butts and glass on the balcony. The doors, no pool towels , no room service! Not enough towels in rooms. the carpet needs cleaning with a decent vacuum cleaner or a shampoo. when I step into the shower after walking around the room with bare feet, the dirt on my feet makes the water brown. also the bed has a very bad curve on it and it's VERY uncomfortable. We stayed in room 514 last weekend.
