We stayed in the Penthouse with spa, rooftop deck and pinball machine. It is a great space with really comfortable couches and beds. This is a fantastic entertaining suite. We were able to entertain friennds in a foreign city and the suite had everything we needed. Hot air ballons passing over the rooftop terrace early in the morning was an added bonus. Melbourne is not a cheap city for accommodation and the price on letsbookhotel.com was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, even when we arrived at 2am due to a delay in our flight. The room was well sized, clean and very comfortable. The hotel is in the CBD and close to the main part of town, and only a short walk or tram ride from everything else. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

Location ! Location ! Trams city tour tram airport bus etc at your door step also Casino all water fronts . Staff are so obliging and friendly. Very helpful . Give them full marks . Can't nor not possible are just not part of their vocalabury. The sirocco restaurant is also excellent . Have eaten all arou d the city we found the most pleasant on our door . Breakfast excellent . Check in was very smooth and the information provided was excellent. I contacted the manager to arrange a slightly later checkout as we were meeting friends for lunch. He checked and as there were no new bookings for that night we were able to leave our belongings and collect them after our lunch which was most generous and helpful -

Check in and check out very easy. Convenient to supermarkets for grocery shopping and it was good to have a kitchen which included a dishwasher.

This hotel suited us exactly it had all we needed for a short 3 day stay in Melbourne. Close to shops theatre, art centre Fedration Square and public transport. Bed was comforable, room clean and fresh, bathroom was new with good shower and loads of hot water. The cost of a three night stay was incredably inexpensive for its central city position. Not a luxury hotel if you want spa baths etc. but most definitely a good quality hotel for travellers who want a bit more than backpacker budget hot
