Alles!! Gastvrij personeel! Er werd echt alles aan gedaan om ons verblijf onvergetelijk te maken! Wie ooit naar deze regio gaat mag dit fantastische hotel niet overslaan!! Het beste ontbijt van alle hotels die we bezochten in Argentinië, heerlijke bedden, kamers met eigen spa! Geweldig diner in ' Stag' hun restaurant! -

The rooms were to die for, every possible amenity they had it & more.
Expansive rooms which included: Enormous Jacuzzi with an amazing view, Aromatherapy & color-therapy steam room with shower. Dry sauna. Fireplace. Bar. Kitchen with built-in nook.
Wonderful restaurant with the most phenomenal views from their sun-deck.
Staff was truly genuinely friendly & professional.
Avid traveller & I would vote charming at the TOP of my list for the # -
I loved the staff, from the reception to the cleaning everybody very nice and ready to help.
The breakfast was very good, speacially Eugene, who prepares an excellent cappucino (really a coffee professional).
The apartment had an excellent space with complete kitchen and very good if you go with children as well. Love it.

Our experience at Catalonia Sur was outstanding! We were lucky enought to extend our stay. Juan was an excellent and accomodating host. Staff were very attentive too. We enjoyed full moon rising over the lake each night from our room. Heated floors were new to us but also a comforting treat. Location just about perfect too. Close to everyth

The staff, juan and tania were excellent answering all of our questions about the area, booking tables at restaurants, etc, etc. they couldn't have done more and really made our stay!
The apt is extremely clean, fresh and modern finished to a good standard. Our apartment had great panoramic views of the lake and a little balcony to sit on to enjoy them with a drink

Breathtaking, fantastic, stunning... I am missing adjectives to qualify this place! A must do if you are planning to go to Bariloche. Everything, from the building itself, to the surroundings, food, personnel and spa was perfect. It was really difficult leaving the place, only to hope we can come back some day. -

Paula and Luis were so very helpful even before our arrival - arranging
our transfer to the hotel from the airport. From the moment we arrived
we felt like part of the family, they provided great info about local
restaurants, had local bus tickets for purchase and reconfirmed a boat
tour we had booked ourselves. The view to the lake was stunning,

The hotel offered so many wonderful amenities including a full breakfast, pool, jacuzzi, bar, piano player, and beautiful view from our hotel room. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. The location was also ideal in that it was a few blocks outside of the main square but easily walkable to all that that Bariloche has to offer.

The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the center of
city, but on the lake with a private beach and million dollar views. The
staff was extremely friendly and informative. The room we had overlooked
the lake. It was large, furnished very nicely with a large picture
window which opened so we could get the mountain/lake breezes.

It is a recently renovated beautiful hotel, extremely quiet and very
well attended. The common areas and rooms are in excellent conditions
and shiny cleaned. Privileged views. There was a guy of the staff
"German" who helped us with all we needed, he guided us and
recommended us excellent places and activities, he was so helpful.
