  Very much liked the hospitality of Analia and Adrian who were supporting us in organizing and recommending trips around El Calafate. Very friendly and lovely people! The breakfast was really good and served individually and was rich on coffee, juice, bread, ... The staff there were wonderful and extremely helpful, even packing our breakfast to go each morning because we were going on early tours. Highly recommend this hotel.

They were already fixing it, but to avoid any problems they gave! When arriving, there was a problem with our room. While they were fixing the room, they gave us an upgrade in another hotel. View from the room offers a magnificent landscape of Andes, snow covered peaks and a turquoise lake which is huge!
