Really lovely place in a good location. Technically in villa crespo on a quiet street, it's a few blocks from the main area of palermo. The guys who work there can't do enough for the guests. The apartment was really lovely and clean. Having read some of the comments on here, I imagine the experience might vary depending on which apartment you are in, although mine and the ones I saw were all really nice. Cleaned every day... Secure entry to flat an building.
Nothing not to like! I was a little cold the first night but as soon as I mentioned it to the guys, I was given another blanket and they came to check that the heating was working.
I can't believe I only paid 1400 pesos for the twelve nights that I stayed. Value for money is an understatement. Staff were incredibly helpful, especially as my Spanish is crap. Room was cleaned regularly if required and I could come and go as I pleased. My room was away from the main reception block (just around the corner) on Loyola rather than Uriarte but was still only a relatively safe ten minute walk to Plaza Serrano's markets and bars. I cabbed most of the time but if you felt like a stroll you could reach Santa Fe's subway stations in good time. Bed was very comfortable and the air con easy to work. Well equipped kitchen, though maybe a microwave would be a good addition. Very spacious with a decent bathroom and a great bath/shower. Although not decorated with modern, sparkling furnishings like in other, more expensive Apart Hotels in the area, the fittings provided did add great character to the room. All in all, brilliant stay and would not hesitate to book again the next time I'm in Buenos Aires. Cheers!
It was literally the only problem I had.. But the wifi was pretty week in most of the room. I had to be close to the door for a guaranteed signal that wouldn't drop out. But relatively speaking, it was the most minor of problems.

Very friendly staff. Good location bordering Palermo and close to the Outlets. This hotel offers good value, especially if you pay in Pesos.
Building maintenance could be better. The balcony door didn't close (in two of their apartments) and they were unable to fix this. Sometimes it was quite noisy (thin walls).
Helpful, friendly guys on the front desk.Quiet (for Buenos Aires) neighbourhood handily located for Subte (tube) and colectivos (buses). Grocery store, laundromat and bakery within one block. Sarkis, a popular Middle Eastern Armenian restaurant nearby.
My room, 203, was poorly maintained, broken floor tiles, smashed lavatory seat (which was quickly replaced when I complained) roller blinds jammed, windows that wouldn't close properly and dirty on arrival although the maid service was great during my stay.
It was a large apartment with a living room, kitchen, dining area and two bedrooms.
It was noisy. It was quite old and when I complained to managment about few faults in the apartment they didn't fix it. Cleaning staff kept on moving my stuff. It smelled weird. Expensive, because they don't factor in the exchange rate and the iva in your confirmation e-mail.
