I loved the outdoors, the staffs were super friendly and attentive..we got lost on our way there we called for help, the young man I spoke with was very patient and was great with his directions .My room was nice and clean..everything was great!!!

Stayed one night while visiting family/friends in White Plains. Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Took the room rate that included breakfast and that was well worth it. Would definitely stay again.

There are two entrances to the hotel, the entry is the first which was breath taking. The second is in the back which looks like its for the employees.

2 treadmills in the gym went out due to lack of electricity and one other was broken. The outdoor pathway should be well defined and extended.
They have a fantastic location. It is very close to the nature for a traveller from dessert
They donot offer wifi in room free. Staff is not so friendly for the customer, when i enquired for a weighing machine to see the weight of my baggages [ to avoid problems in airport ], the answer is they did not have a single machine to spare for a customer.
