Rates were very reasonable and close to the airport and not very far from the port of Tampa. The restaurant/lounge attached had surprisingly good food and drinks. The staff was very nice and personable. They were informative about transport to their facility from the airport and to the docks.
When my cousin had a problem with the tub in our room, the staff let us into other rooms for her to investigate for a suitable replacement.

The perfect combination (Clean and Quiet), this facility was EXCELLENT for the price. Room smells fresh, not the “who die here” smell that one usually gets when you walk into a vacant hotel room. It will definitely become my prefer and affordable Hotel for this area. Kudos to the cleaning staff

We stayed 3 days at Wingate. First of all I want to say about general
manager - Manuel Aguiar, he is a great manager. Everything was booked up
the night before we came. We arrived in the morning, they cleaned a room
fast for us and let us to check in 5 hours early!
The huge plus is that the Service was great!

the staff was wonderful - every person I came into contact with was helpful, polite, pleasant, and thoughtful to both me and my 5 year old - EXCELLENT JOB! I can't say enough good about the shuttle service - it was unbelievably convenient and prompt! the hotel was very clean, the breakfast had options and the coffee was delicious, the rooms were ample and met our needs, parking was plentiful - the pool wasn't heated and due to the cool weather we couldn't swim but that was the luck of the draw.

Located close to great shopping and restaurants. Staff was awesome! I
accidently left my brand new camera behind in the room before a cruise
with friends. Discovered it while boarding ship, called hotel, and

I had stayed at Country Inns before so I expected a modern clean place for the price (I think I paid $65). There is a bunch of construction going on out front but I had a room in the back of the building and didn't hear a thing. My favorite thing about Country Inns is the ample number of outlets. It is my biggest pet peeve with hotels when I have to pull furniture away from walls to charge my phone. Not an issue here. Good water pressure too.

STAFF was very friendly.
Room was a suite with two queen size beds, sofa, desk, fridge, microwave, etc etc.....

I loved everything about our stay. The staff was wonderful, especially
the front desk staff who all went out of their way to make us feel
welcome. They accommodated all of our requests in a courteous,
professional manner. They insisted that we did not take taxi and offered
the free bus shuttle to all of our shopping areas. The breakfast was
great

The free Shuttle Bus was great dropping us off and picking us up for both the International Plaza shopping and the Buccs v Dolphins game that night. A real bonus. All the staff were brilliant also with info and help.

This place was great considering what we paid! Our room had a king bed
and it was surprisingly very spacious, clean, and nicely decorated.
Can't beat the distance to rj Stadium either! When everyone else was
paying to park at the stadium and fighting to get out at the end of the

Hotel was clean, rooms were clean, decent size (standard room with two
beds) and had a clean and adequate bathroom. Staff was really friendly
and helpful. Breakfast is a bit pricey, but good and all you can eat (if

Both rooms in the suite had their own flat screen TVs. This allowed me to watch a late night college football game while my wife watched a movie she wanted to see with neither interfering with the other. -
I loved how comfortable the beds were. We ate dinner one night at the restaurant and the food was really good and the wait staff was great!
