Friendly,clean,comfortable, good location, breakfast coupons for Perkins. It was all O.K.,,,nothing special. The beds were wonderful!. It was a great value. Location was great. No hair dryer in rooms. The plug in in the bathroom would kick out all the time when trying to dry hair with my own hairdryer. The lack of a decent continental breakfast. We were given tickets for breakfast at Perkins next door, but our schedule didn't allow time in the morning for a sit down meal. This is one reason we booked at this hotel, they incl a breakfast, but the times the breakfast would have been served was too late for us anyway.
