the clean rooms and very wonderful people at the reception desk. when my son got sick with very high fever, all the people at the fron desk were very helpful and they called a clinic, made an appointment for me, gav eme excellent directions how to get there, and above all, they all showed genuine care and concern. This meant a lot to me and my wife (and of course to my son who was very sick).
The room was very clean and quiet, and the staff was friendly.
The hotel was maintained exceptionaly well. The room was clean and the hotel staff was very helpful, cheerful, went out of their way to assist you.
