The LOCATION is the best to be found in St Augustine. I felt so comfortable at Centennial House I did not want to leave. The coffee at my door every morning at 7:30 BREAKFASTS at 9am were perfect, creative and top notch. Sparkling clean B&B with a super helpful and friendly staff. The accomodations were lovely! The bed was huge and super comfortable, the hot tub relaxing! We would like to come back in the winter to use the fireplace also! The food was delicious, and the location was perfect to wander through St. Augustine's shops and historic places.

The staff were all friendly and knowledgable about the city and things to do there. We will go back!. Very comfy, clean and well kept B&B. Rooms are nicely decorated. Softdrinks for at all times. Breakfast is freshly prepared. Located in the historic district just two blocks away from the main strip. Free parking at the B&B. Great location and facilities. Nice room. Superb breakfast. Breakfast at 9 am sharp or "no breakfast for you!". Battered carpet at the room. Shower did not work but the bathroom is beautiful. Cordova St. Could be noisy in the weekends and holidays. Parking can be challenging in St. Augustine. We were close to most of the attractions in tje city so we parked the car at the B&B. Tours passed by the house after 10:00 pm and made a lot of noise. Be warned that some of the rooms, like ours, you can hear the outside street noises well. It is nice for a while, but at night, not so much. Bring ear plugs, if you are sensitive about it. There isn't anything we didn't like. The only thing, and I almost feel bad for saying anything negative .......the squeaky bed. Little W-D 40 and perfecto.. Would like to see a couple choices for breakfast. The breakfast was very nice but a bit more like desert than breakfast. An egg dish would be more suited to breakfast. Can't complain about anything. One EmplOyee Was Unfriendly Over The Phone. I booked a king room got a queen. There was something granular in window sills not sure if for bugs or not. Also no instructions on how to use shower in room and NO shampoo or soap!!! Very odd for bed and breakfast. Palm room. would have liked a balcony area. had another great stay. No coffee in room, coffee at 07.45 ran out, no choice of breakfast.
