Excellent hotel in a fantastic location. All of your needs are in a 5 block radius. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever had. Even if a tad pricey, the service was superb. The waitress Diana was out of this world. Her service was beyond excellent.
If you can, get a room facing the beach. It is worth the extra price. The view is spectacular.

The hotel was above than our expectations, is very beatiful, clean, and the staff in all the areas are very friendly, helpfull and efficient. We stay just one night, we were in transit, but we love the hotel and the few places we saw in San Juan, we definetly will be back for vacations. Totally recommended. -

Loved the O So Hip vibe of this place. My husband and I had some friends come visit us in the hotel while we were there and the staff was just as nice to them as they were to us. I loved the open courtyard in front of our room where we hung out and enjoyed the air. The breakfast was great and the fresh bread was to die for. The location is spot on

My stay at this hotel was amazing! The staff was wonderful and the decor was to die for. Bewarned though there are no TV's in the rooms! I loved this fact some people may not. The hotel attendant Gabe. was super nice and not to mention pretty.

We booked this as a pre-cruise hotel stay in Old San Juan so we could be close to the action. We were NOT disappointed! Upon arrival and checking in we were informed that we had been given an upgrade. No idea how that happened, but it was wonderful! It was to the Presidential Suite on the 6th floor and it was simply outstanding! It was such a nice room that we decided not to venture out and explore, but instead stayed in and enjoyed all the in-room amenities. When we decided to venture out

in Condado, not far away from the beach, nice to visit pools of La
Concha- the twin hotel. Service is good at front desk. Simple local
restaurant near, ask for it. Nice to have coffee machine, fridge and
