Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is swanky and done right from the artwork in the lobby to the, spa, to the rooms, to the restaurant and nightclub. It truly is a one stop shop experience. I was pleasantly surprised by how big the rooms are; at least, twice as big as any other hotel that I have stayed in for a price around $400. The rooms are extremely good in terms of maintenance and all the facilities that you would expect of Hyatt.

Great old converted private home that once belonged to a prominent New York suffragette. Lots of history, wonderful old building with many period details but updated with modern conveniences. Across the street from Washington Park, designed by Olmstead (who did NY's Central Park).Room 4B is nothing short of spectacular -- which is the same adjective I would use to describe the friendly and cheerul, amazingly helpful staff.

It was my daughter and son's first trip to NYC and coming by train it was a very convenient location. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful and locked our luggage after check-out so we could sightsee. The beds are extremely comfortable, room was clean and I felt very safe travelling alone with two young children (10 and 5yrs). I liked the location of the hotel, the room was nice with a very comfortable bed and pillow and great view of the City from the 20th floor. The staff were very good also. We upgraded to the Sheraton Club on the 21st floor which was nice, it had a great view of the City and Hudson River. It is not a luxury hotel but is very comfortable and affordable.

The "all-suite" rooms were large, comfortable, and well equipped. The breakfast and dinner buffets (included in the room rate) were surprisingly imaginative and tasty. This hotel is the most comfortable and best value for the money on Long Island. -

ben organizzato con stanze ampie e pulite, confortevoli, silenziose e ben attrezzate (connessione internet gratuita). Prima colazione compresa e di discreta scelta, cosa non comune a NY. Attivazione di ristorante interno di buona fattura e con menu italiano - Gentilezza del personale e pulizia. Ambiente giovanile.
