We had a corner king room in this 21st century hotel with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The interior design of the entire hotel is delightful. Sleek. And wow, the fire place in the lobby is stunning. -

We are on a strict budget and needed a place that felt as close to home as possible. We checked in at National 9 Inn and stayed more days than we initially had planned to. Staff was very kind to us. Rooms were very clean. Any concerns were dealt with so much care and deligence by the manager. They also have a pool that is open for the summer days.

Very clean big rooms. Front desk was extremely helpful & made me feel safe as I was traveling alone and extremely accomodating to all my requests. Walking distance to downtown & very close to Mesa Verde. Small breakfast with such an affordalble price was great. Restaurant next door to the motel was delicious! I will come back and stay with national 9 Inn again.

The staff was very accommodating. We loved the room with 3 queen beds as it met our family's needs. That option was far preferable to having to get a roll-away or a separate room & was reasonably priced. Very close to expressway for easy access but noise was minimal. The room was extremely clean, which is the most important thing to me. I also was impressed with the breakfast buffet, which included many more items than I expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Price first. Place ws basically no frills, but still - coffe maker, fridge, firm mattress, plenty of hot water. The remote wasnt bolted to the side table, and for those of you who know what I mean, this could have been a place like that, but you could tell they're trying harder. It made a difference.

Very friendly staff. Call ahead if you are going to be a late arrival. They close the lobby at 11:00PM. Front desk person was nice and gave me his cell phone # so I could call when I arrived in town. AC was nice. Bathroom was very clean.

This was our fourth visit to Aspen but the first time to stay there. This trraditional, historical and luxury hotel is one of best ones in the States, I believe. Not only the room we stayed but the common area are so nice! We would definitely stay in this hotel again if we could have another chance to visit Aspen. -

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was awesome. Very comfortable beds and pillows which were welcome after spending all day on the slopes. We will definitely be back on our next trip to the mountains!! -

Breakfast was hot with a decent variety. Great location by I-25 & I-70. Coffee in the lobby avail 24/7. Other folks utilized the shuttle. Can use their computer for free and print things for a free. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious, great view of downtown. Free breakfast was delicious and the eating area was cozy. The free shuttle service is a plus and takes you to the downtown area so you don't have to worry about driving your car downtown. All of the staff was super nice and welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure your stay was comfortable.

The location was perfect - close to convention center and next to 16th street mall with tons of restaurants & shopping. My room was gorgeous - a kitchen area with hardwood floor, a living room with flatscreen TV, a separate bedroom with a flatscreen & walk in closet. Complementary happy hr with beer & wine, breakfast, AND late night cookies & milk.

best thing is that they had air port transfers. Very nice for ppl who want to stay closer to downtown. Downtown was just 7 miles from here and you can ask for a taxi to the hotel staff -
