  Our contact Svetlana was extremely helpful when we needed an extra room to accommodate another guest in our party and she rearranged bookings to allow us all to be in adjacent rooms which was greatly appreciated.   Ho apprezzato l'alto rapporto qualita prezzo se si pensa ai prezzi di NY.La posizione ottimale, raggiungibile in pochi minuti di metropolitana e il fatto che tutto risulta nuovo perche appena ristrutturato - il silenzio poiché si trova in una zona tranquilla, e la zona è comunque abbastanza centrale con soprattutto la subway a pochi passi.

  It's not easy finding reasonably affordable yet good-quality self-catering accommodation in New York City, but this was perfect! As a young woman travelling by myself, I felt I had to keep my wits about me on the street, but everything was fine (just be sure to use commonsense). I was immensely impressed with the chap who carried my heavy bag up - This is a good alternative to staying in downtown Manhattan. Coming from a small UK town the area was a bit of a culture shock. Spacious appartment with everything you need for a short stay. Subway stop just around the corner so easy to get downtown in 15 to 20 mins. You can also walk to the Guggenheim in a similar time. A couple of nice restaurants nearby and a supermarket if you want to eat in.
