the roof top bar is also location for hipster parties.
hotel is located in the heart of the gallery district.
Staff was very helpful and attentive --loved the pool and roof top bar/ restaurant. great design all around.
Bikes available to borrow
Stylish hotels and room.
Stylish place. Nice lobby with a good restaurant.
Great Modern Style With View.
Staff super friendly!.
1. Location.
Trendy.
I would recommend this hotel if you like staying in the Chelsea area like I do. However, I would recommend to stay there if you are a single travel, I believe their rooms are too small for a couple staying together.
Very design, minimalistic hotel. The (small) pool and the view on the
roof. Staff very kind especially at the front desk.
friendly efficient staff.
convenient cafe/restaurant.
as requested, room was light and high.
Very clean and modern.
Excellent rooftop. Good breakfast. Excellent environment.
Proximity to the business meetings I was attending. The restaurant.
Good atmosphere
Special breakfast
Bestnote for the staff.
I liked the design of the hotel and liked that they used Aesop products.
Very uncomfortable furniture, beds especially.
For young only.
A bit noisy with the parties on the roof, but jetlag helps to sleep anyway :-).
Room a little bit small and view on the building in front of it - but
that's New York -.
rooms were small and platform bed hard to navigate because they are low and flush with the floor.
Slow service in restaurant.
Staff not too helpful. Everything is quite small, especially the rooftop terrace.
I Liked Everything. A Minor Detail Though, The Water From Shower Stall Leaked Onto The Floor Into The Closet. There Needs To Be A Fan Vent In Bathroom.
1. No coffee at rooftop restaurant at night (despite the machine being there and the waiters making coffee for themselves)
2. No service at pool during day (despite hotel staff preparing for the evening's rooftop restaurant and bar)
3. Mac Airport failure - different room's iPad music blaring over our room's speakers
4. No bedside tables or lamps
5. Bathroom extractor not working (or not existing?).
Not set up for business travelers!.
I don't understand that a Hotel catering to this type of demographics doesn't have a wonderful in house gym! With the best fitness equipment available. I know you are affiliated with a Gym nearby, but having to go out is not the same as in house..
Rooms are much too small and inconvenient (no place to sit, no room to
store your stuff in the bathroom) 15 minutes walk from the subway. All
in all, not a good value for money.
mattress on the floor not convenient for aging knees / no tea/coffee in room / no chairs / few horizontal surfaces for my stuff / remote from nyc facilities.
Far from the subway.
Rooms are very small. Toilet has little privacy. There's no space to store your luggage and your things. I had to put my toilet kit in the floor! The blackout is not enough to hide the light. The design of the hotel is great, except if you want to sleep there.
My room was across the hall from the elevators on the 9th floor. These elevators made loud clicking and knocking noises continuously as the elevator was used. This made sleep difficult; this was not a restful stay.
Room very dark
No chance to read the Display of the AC without a flashlight.
Mesh in front of the Windows!.
The room was TINY! The smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Food and alcohol was SO EXPENSIVE!! Location was not amazing, kind of in the middle of nowhere.
Furniture.
