It was our first time with my friend in New York and the hotel was perfect for us as it was 10 minutes walk to time square. We would walk easily from time square to the hotel after 12am. The room was small but we loved that it was perfectly clean. We were hardly in the room as we would leave for breakfast at 7am then leave for our sightseeing and shopping and we always came back to the room after 12am so the size of the room did not bother us. We enjoyed the hot breakfast especially the cheese omelets, hot chelsea buns, and pancakes. We definitely recommend this hotels to other travelers.

Location in NYC was fantastic. Walking distance to most places we wanted to visit. Hotel was clean, staff was helpful.

Rooms were small although fairly typical for NYC. Breakfast area was too small to accommodate all of the guests. Food was OK.

The room was confortable, the matress, pillows and sheets were perfect. Well maintained, all furniture, carpets, wallpaper, courtains, bathroom, lamps were in good condition. It wasn't noisy or at least it was not a problem for me (I was on floor 11) The WiFi is high speed and, at least in my room, the coverage was perfect. And it is free (Try to connect in an Intercontinental Hotel and your pocket will cry ouch) There is also a RJ45 connection in room and a couple of PC with free printer and internet at the basement.

Well, it is true that at breakfast time it is cramped because the space is quite small, but I never had to eat standing, there was always a free chair.

It is really close to time square and other important commercial and shopping areas of Manhattan

There is no lobby. The entrance immediately takes you to the buffet spread.

When we arrived there was a problem with our room but it was handled very well and we were given a room in a hotel across the road for one night which was fine. Breakfast was more than adequate and free tea/coffee 24 hrs was a bonus. Computers and printing facility was a very nice touch. Clean towels and bedding every day. Fantastic location.

The location is amazing your only one and a half blocks from time square. Could walk eveywhere and seemed very safe and staff were helpful

Breakfast was pretty bassic, one lift was broken so it took a long time, rooms are very small no place to put your luggage.

Great location for exploring the city. Got exactly the room expected at the price I expected. Room was right next to the lift but was never disturbed by it once. Breakfast looked ok but we preferred to head to local diners. Room size as expected for this price with added extras such as tea/coffee making facilities. Perfect for a 4 night city break with my son.

Convenience of location; breakfast

Affiliated parking garage (offering discount) wrecked front end of our car and denied obvious responsibility.

Excelent service, as we needed a refridgerator as my wife is a diabetic and need to keep insulin cold, and they had one in our romm within 10 minutes. Wonderful room, high up as we asked. Very confrtable. Great breakfast!

Location is outstanding.

The rooms are very small. The breakfast room is small and was always overcrowded at breakfast time. The bathroom is tiny and the bathtub stopper was broken. I did not receive the wake up call I requested on the morning of our departure.

The location of the hotel was ideal.compared to some other New York Hotels it was reasonably priced.

The rooms were far too small,we were a family of four with luggage and struggled to move around the room. The air conditioning unit was very old and the room smelled.The reception staff were unhelpful when we asked for a later check out. The breakfast area was very cramped and reminded me of school,dinners! Would not recommend this hotel.
