I love the condo, it was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed in 206H. The patio was not very clean, but did enjoy the ducks from the inside. Pool was nice, did not get to enjoy the Lazy river due to a foot break while staying here. I would recommend. It is a nice place to just get away and you don't have the bustle of all

Love the units. Spacious and has everything you could need. Kiddie pool
and lazy river are great for the little ones and big pool good for older
kids. Both pools have hot tub for mommies and daddies and always plenty
of seating and tables. Staff is very accomodating. I have searched all
over the east coast and this is by far the best value...big family
looking for lots of space? Privacy for parents (master suite) and
separate bathroom for the kids? Look no more! We have stayed here 4
times and

How clean everything was, you can tell that is important to them. How
safe it seemed to be. We were there off season so it might not be the
same when crowded. I liked being close to stores and the Sky Wheel.
Enjoyed the boardwalk. My most favorite thing is the staff. Kimberly

the location was great --only a short distance from the convention center where I attended a convention for two days. also right on the boardwalk and just off hwy 17 which is the main road. A short distance to the airport. Free parking and great breakfast buffet. We had the ocean front suite which was quite spacious. This would be a great room for families as it has fridge, micro, stove-fully equipped kitchenette.

The location of the hotel was great. It was not in the middle of the busy part of Myrtle Beach. The pools were nice and having the parking deck attached to hotel was nice since it was raining part of our trip. Staff was nice and rooms and hotel was clean and up to date.

The apartment was great! Plenty of room and we really liked the washer/dryer addition along with all the furnishings. Having a TV in the bedrooms and the living room was very nice. -
Glad it had elevator since we were on 3rd floor. Room was clean. People above us were loud at times.

The location was perfect, just steps to the beach. Multiple children's pools and splash pools for smaller children. The pools were in an open air covered area as well as outdoors without cover. The pool side bar was great with yummy drinks and reasonable prices and a credit can be added to your room to get your drinks poolside. No cash needed. The

Facilities were not new or terribly modern, but they were consistent and
reliable. Maid was always sure to replace all of our towels daily.
Location was very good and a great value for the money. Liked the
variety of pools/hottubs, although several of the outdoor pools were
closed and needed desperate attention (even though it was cold that week
and the pools weren't being used heavily) Beds were comfortable and
kitchen was a nice feature to have.

I enjoyed the entire stay at the Patricia Grand. The ease and relaxation was very enlightening and our stay was very nice. - The sound of the waves is the best sound for me. I have a very hectic life but when I relax I downshift a few gears.

The hotel was clean and quiet overall. The staff that we did encounter were all very hospitable. The location of the hotel is outstanding for the price. Every and anything you could possibly want to do is between five and fifteen minutes away. I don't think we burned more than half a tank of gas in the five days we stayed. I would definitely stay

I dont have to pay extra $ for my pet to stay as compared to holiday
inn, when I called them to inform that we have a poodle with us, they
charge us 100$ for 3nights of stay for the pet (glad I cancelled it).

Front desk staff was very friendly and always helpful. The lady making the waffles at breakfast was outstanding, this setup is much better than guest who don't know what they are doing trying to use this equipment.

I liked the layout of the suite. It was not too big and not too small. I liked its compactness. It had everything I expected to have available, an iron, fridge, small stove top and a very comfortable bed. The television service was very good. The wifi was good.

Proximity to the shopping and entertainment venue was excellent. Did not have to leave the property to enjoy the fireworks! Close driving distance to the beach as well. Free breakfast was nice. The worker who worked the breakfast area was always replenishing the food and keeping the area clean and tidy. -

I Like the idea of being close to the ocean but not in a very high building,I enjoyed the parade that was displayed on the weekend that we were there and and how close it was to the shops. -
