The staff at reception on our arrival were delightful, I asked could we
check in early and out late and it was sorted out very quickly and
efficiently, The room was great the bed has to be the most comfortable I
have ever slept on, and my children have nicknamed me the princess and
the pea, because I am so fussy about my bed, would love to know if

Shuttle bus was prompt. Check in speedy. Room was quiet & comfortable and very clean. Bed linen was good. Breakfast buffet better than expected..fresh fruit, omelettes made to order plus selection of cold meats. A short walking distance from car rental centre, very helpful concierge with organising the bags. Wished we were staying longer, will try Sheraton in our hotel searches first in future. Well done for getting our Christmas holiday off to an excellent start.

We arrived at 7:15pm. Person who checked us in was great! We were just able to take advantage of Happy Hour! Had dinner at your in-house restaurant. Server was outstanding and the food was very good. Everything! From the shuttle that picked up from the airport. Even though our flight was really early the wait for early check in was not that long at all. The people that run this hotel in and out were wonderful.

We took the hotel for a stay over. We arrived very late. Reception staff were so welcoming and friendly and also have some advise regarding the following day. Transfers to and from the airport were excellent and complimentary. In short it was great for us. -

Welcome - we were exhausted after delayed and diverted flights. They
have us an upgrade overlooking lagoon and free wifi. Wifi was essential
to let family and friends know we has arrived safely. The next day we
were a little late in checking out because we had to sort out a hire
car. But this did not cause a problem. We ordered full meals just bef

thrilled -
The proximity to the Miami Airport, the lovely pool area, the excellent
restaurant food and service, the public lounge areas, cocktail lounge,
computer access, and the administrative staff. We were given a breakfast
upgrade and a quieter room after being first given a room next to some
young Ultra Fest "rockers" playing loud music and on day 2 a
$50 dinner voucher when the maid service failed to make up our room
while we were away. Very cordial accommodating and gracious staff.

The Manager was fantastic! He was professional, thoughtful and very
helpful. In fact all of the staff we met were equally friendly. The
rooms are a treat with their carefully thought out beds, delightful bath
products and great showers. -

The Hotel is well situated close to the airport. Bus service was every half an hour. Staying in the hotel during one night was very convenient. Hotel was clean and service was friendly. - It's very close to the airport. It was clean and surprisingly quiet being literally next to a runway.

Our stay was great! The staff was so helpful...from finding a luggage cart to suggesting that we return our rental car the night before flying!

On-line booking was simple and accurate. Even though we arrived at the airport after midnight, we did not have to wait long for the pick-up van. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel is close to the airport, with consistent, on-schedule transportation to and from the terminals. -

Taking in account that in America you must have a car, it's a place very close to the Airport and commerce. It also has a nice place to exercise-walk in the vicinity, in a nature environment. The rooms are spacious and they have a kitchnet in it, so you can "feel at home", when you choose stay in. The hotel offers an Airport shuttle service. -

The room was a bit chilly, I contacted the desk and she informed me of the thermastat located on the adjacent wall to simply raise the temp. She called back 15to minutes later to see if we were now comfortable. She was very accommodating. Thank you!

intercontinental flight. Very close to the airport and reachable to a
free-operating shuttle bus. We could not find anything to complain
about. Good facilities, great service, good offers and very friendly

We stayed at the crowne plaza twice; on our entry into the us and our
last night before leaving. The hotel lobby and room were excellent. The
weather was too bad to use the outdoor pool. It is a convenient location
to the airport. They let us store some bags for a lengthy period without
charge. It is worth paying for breakfast inclusion.
