We liked the comfort of the beds, the room cleanliness, and the staff
was very nice and accomodating. Plus they paid attention to our special
instructions before we got there. The location was excellent for those
wanting to be close to downtown Gaitlinburg and to Dollywood. The price

We liked the spacious king bedroom with the Jacuzzi, the jacuzzi. In our room was great, everything is in walking distance so no driving is necessary, and the pool was clean and fitness center was clean.

I chose your hotel because of the fireplace and balcony. We LOVED sitting around the fireplace drinking coffee while admiring the fall colors through balcony glass door.
We also loved the pillows which were the best ones we've ever found in a hotel.

The location was great for catching the trolley to either the main downtown shopping district or to Pigeon Forge. The view of the mountains from the balcony was nice. Would be great when leaves are changing. The continental breakfast was additional savings and was quite nice.

My friends and I really enjoyed the balcony that looked over the river,
though there was an rv park right on the other side. The location was
very close to Dollywood and within walking distance of the main strip,
so we were able to walk home from a Steakhouse one night and enjoy the
atmosphere of the town. The beds were very soft and comfortable.

It is an older establishment with new owners who are remodeling themselves. They can not do enough for you. Room was very clean, quiet location. we were seniors with our adult children and 2 grand girls. Will stay again.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for Thanksgiving weekend as a weekend away without children and we loved the room and the staff. Everyone was very friendly. We stayed in the room with the Jacuzzi tub and it was great. It was really relaxing after a night of snow tubing. We can't wait to stay there again.

WE both loved the location of the Inn it was easy to get around from the Inn and the trolly was also near by. The staff was very helpful on what to see and places to go and see esp the young lady on the desk,who spent most of her time there,she always seemed to be on duty.Hats off to her. GREAT JOB
