  We were spoiled. The staff made us feel like we were very special...they even sent our little ones milk, cookies, and candy with the sweetest note to let them know that they were special. Thanks to the great staff at the Marriott Marquis, they could not have been anymore professional, helpful or kind, especially to our little - The Marriot Marquis have a very friendly staff. Everyone was always helpful and all smiles. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The Christmas spirit with all the CHristmas trees in lobby was truley magical. One is able to see all the efforts that were made to give a guest a magicial holiday spirit the moment you walk through the doors. The restaurants, gift shops and loungres are very convenient as well. Over our opinion of hotel is a excellent plus plus.

  Location is genius in the heart of Times Square, The open bus tour starts just in front of the hotel, We were in a Premium King Suite in the 25th floor and the view was very nice, Staff (House Keeping, reception & concierge) were extremely friendly and efficient, the suite was ready for the whole family consisting of 4 persons, I have 14 &... cosa dice la gente » 8 years kids who stayed in the sofa bed and it was acceptable for them, Please don't forget to get the free Special Cookies from the reception any ti - we enjoyed very much staying at the hotel: the suite was very comfortable and its size is not typical to ny hotels - much bigger. the staff was super friendly and helpful (Alex & David!!!) and helped solving personal issues regarding our trip in the most efficient way. The welcome greeting with the cookies was lovely and so the ice-cream and cookies treat on 4th july. the location is great, the view from the upper floors is dreamy - and yes - we will come back to the double tree hilton-time
