location was wonderful everything was very close. We had an incident while there and staff responded promptly and with the seriousness that the incident required. I really appreciated that. -
The location was great-right across the street from Medieval Times & Pirates. Also just a short drive to Bubba Gumps, Knott's, & Disneyland.

Room was spacious, recently remodeled (or at least appeared to be),
clean and staff was pleasant. Continential breakfast was as expected.
Close to major shopping and the theme parks. -
Excellent breakfast, very nice staff, the beds were very comfortable and

we loved the in house restaurant !! the wings are so good we bought them 3 times and the cook and waiters were extra nice !! right next to medieval times and everyone was friendly.. My bed was great just like i ordered the sleep bed

what I liked most was Sherri at the front desk. She was friendly knowledgeable about places to go and things to do but was very helpful with our specific request for a shuttle to Knotts Halloween Haunt. Really she went above and beyond but it was such a win for us that whatever business or pleasure that takes me to Buena Park again, I will look to

This motel looked recently renovated. I've stayed at other motels in
the area for Disney but for Knott, this place wins! By far the best one
yet and you can't beat the price. Clean and close to the fun take
beach Blvd right to Huntington beach. Will definitely stay here again -

Your check in staff was awesome. I cannot remember his name my guess
is peter but you should really find who was on staff that day. There
was a huge party with a broken bus and he took care of everything
extremely well!!! -

I like how the front desk ladies were very friendly. Very Helpful. Easy checking in. Housekeeping is nice and helpful. Free coffee in the morning. Alot of food places within a mile. -
I liked the pets allowed. The office staff was able to change the error
done when I booked the room online; with no change to price. We were on
a very tight budget.

loved the beds, they were the most soft comfortable beds we have ever slept in in any hotel. Staff were lovely and friendly, the garden was lovely and picturesque and it was very peaceful. -
