The bed & pillows were very comfortable, the most comfortable I have

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I had to make changes to both the reservations that I made three days before we arrived. They were very customer friendly about the changes at the late date. Very budget friendly for the area.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't want to bring everyone to the overcrowded breakfast room (spring break)...so they let us take food back to the room without any problems. The lady in charge of the breakfast area was especially friendly. I loved how she helped and greeted everyone and kept the items well stocked

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was great, it was close to all Disney parks as well as restaurants and food stores such as Publix and Wal Mart on the same street. The room was clean and having a kitchen in the room was awesome since I have 3 kids and eating in the park would have been very expensive. We will be staying there again for sure.

The hotel is very safe and in a gated secure environment,The rooms are clean and tidy and look to have been recently refurbished all the rooms are equipped with fridge and microwave -

Nice Facilities. We liked the variety of pools, the lake, bars to choose from. Secure enough to feel comforable, but not to restrictive. All around good location to visit local attractions. Complimentary breakfast, coffee, etc. Towels at the pools was cool :-) -

The view from the rooms is beautiful. The suites are spacious and fully equipt with all we needed. Excellent service and accomodation. My family and I had a very pleasent stay .Thank you - Everything was absolutely fantastic, huge rooms, best waterpark for the kids on site, staff brilliant

The suite with two bathrooms and a full kitchen was great with two adults and two teenagers in the room. The bathrooms were very clean, and the housekeeping staff very friendly. the location was convienient to restaurants, shopping, and Disney and Universal theme parks.

the location as well as the caretakers were both formidable....i would definately stay here again if the opportunity presented itself....accomodated 8 people with ease....location 6 minutes from disney...shopping nearby...walmart...target etc.......tons to do - Very beautiful villa with everything in it.
