I liked the proximity to the beach . The fitness room was very well resourced and spacious. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.

front desk is either understaffed or poorly trained as there were often queues . sounds travel easily between rooms!

Facilities were good and staff were excellent, a great location.

I didn't have a mini fridge in my room and my parents had one in theirs.

The service from the staff (including the manager) at the front counter is low quantity. In particular, my request of early check in had almost been ignored. I had to push really hard to get it back. This made people feel bad.

The room was excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool was warm and clean. We used the washer and dryer and that was helpful. It was quiet in our room, it was nice to have a safe. We would come back. The bus stop was close and so wer the taxie cabs if we needed one.

The resort fee didn't do us any good as seniors. A newspaper and mitie, not worth the price. The mitie was watered down with ice, no flavor. The Shower head was a little difficult to use.The plumbing was very noise, but we told them so they could fix it.We liked it better than the Ko Olina Marriott, they were not as friendly at the pool side, and way too expensive for the seniors. Also mitie watered down and cost us $14 for a small cup.

Excellent location, staff always friendly and ready to help, facilities in general were clean and operational. Breakfast was above average. One nice touch is the allowance of free 60 minutes of international or long- distance calls per day.

Hotel seemed a little aged and cost of daily parking ($32.00 per day) is unreasonable high.

Very near from the Waikiki beache. Clean room,nice and relaxing spa.

I choose the ocean view room when booked the hotel,but unluckly I was arranged a partial ocean view room. That's the only thing not being perfect.

We only had one problem-we did ask them to havea a look at our fridge as it froze all our contents and it took them a week and a half of our stay to do anything about it. maybe they didn't understand us ,we had to tell them like 4 times until they replaced it. Everything in fridge had to be thrown out.

Beds were comfortable loved the cafe by the pool ate there several times and had cocktails as well. Great location near beach and shops great views.

Smoke alarm started beeping in the middle of the night as the battery had to be changed so rang front desk. It was changed quickly but it was our last night and we had to get up at 5am for flight home so interrupted sleep was extremely annoying.

i requested a king bed when I got there they said I didn't but did resolve the issue, when leaving they hailed me a cab co. from thier own lot that they use for a flat rate, when I arrived at my destination argued with the cabbie who tried to collect double from me

From the moment we stepped in I felt like it was vacation. Andres the check in clerk was exeptionally nice and welcoming and gave us an excellent room with both a street and beach view. We loved it there!

That taxes and resort fee were not included when booking the room, only after checking in did we find out we had to cough up an extra 100 dollars

Easy access to Waikiki shops and entertainment. Beach just across the road. Pineapple water in lobby is a nice touch when you return to hotel after a hot day. Gym is clean with modern equipment.

We were celebrating my father's 70 birthday and the whole family was at the Marriott (10 of us). We had 4 rooms between us at the Marriott. The rooms were so big spacious and partial ocean view was amazing. We had missed our flight leaving Hawaii and needed to check back in (we needed 4 rooms) and the staff (Tania) was amazing extremely helpful and understanding. She assisted us and managed to give us an upgrade at the rate that we had initially paid for. We were so appreciative for that. This was mine and my husband's 3rd time to Hawaii and our first stay at the Marriott. I would definitely stay there on our next trip back to Hawaii.

Nice location, clean big rooms

I was locked out of the room after I payed for extended stay. The staff quickly solved the issue but it shouldn't happen when you pay 100$ for it.

access to beach and shopping access to St Augustine Church very friendly atmosphere room was very spacious and clean and air quality was good TV was HD but some of the channels had problems with picture not coming in properly (especially during the NBA finals!)

there was mold around the tub on the cauking (some tilex would eliminate that) No trash bags in the garbage cans (that would keep garbage cans cleaner Self serve laundry on site is great but cleanliness could be improved and 2 of the dryers were not working

Room is clean and quiet, just a stone throw from Waikiki beach, bar is excellent, room has great amenities. We had such great time staying there.

We'd rather spend some time at the pool which we couldnt as the pool is small and packed with kids. Hanging out in the beach after sunset can be dangerous and there was jelly fish warming on so a bigger pool would have been preferable.

The Hotel rooms are nice with accommodations - it's just not over the top. Needs a little more Hawaii flare. Staff was super friendly and helpful if you needed anything. Pool and bar was great. Really good food and drinks.

Both of us could not sit on the balcony and face the ocean. That was one main reason we booked with this Hotel.

The property was very nice and the rooms very clean.

I felt the cost was high and I told about the fees after I checked in. A resort fee of 25$ and I didn’t use any of the items on the package but was told It was an necessary item for my stay on top of all the other fees added a pond check-in. As a Marriott rewards member I saw no benefit as a business traveler.

Layout of room was very good

Internet cost of $14.95 per day. Internet is a way of life now and most vacation condos we stay at, the Internet is free. We did not use the hotel Internet but went elsewhere for it. That was very inconvenient!

Surprised this property has managed to keep it's 5 star rating. Staff are rude and lazy. I asked for a Australian plug converter and was told by the concierge that I should go look for the housekeeping office in another building which may have one.

Employees were fantastic.

They have been redoing rooms on our floor all week from 8-4:30. Around the pool construction with jack hammers for 2 days. Drilling & tile saws going all week. Bathrooms off of lobby being redone. Unisex bathroom only option. Can't believe they would rent rooms next to those being redone.

Location is not good. Wouls stay in Sheraton in a future visit. Most part of plcaes a closer to Sheraton or Trump Tower (many other close. Marriott pool is a joke.

Location was good.

Valet charge of 37 dollars was too high. & addition of $25 "resort" fee was unnecessary. A room booked on your site for $209 dollars a night came out to be $303 dollars w/all taxes, fees, etc.
