This hotel is fabulous. We unfortunately only got to stay here one night, but the staff was more than accomodating to us and all of our needs. The fact that the hotel was so small made it so you saw the same front
of house staff everyday. It made everything feel very familiar and
comfortable. The concierge was a great help in choosing a show and
getting us great seats at the very last minute. The front desk was
accommodating when we asked to change rooms as well. The room, although
small, felt very comfortable and not too crowded.

The room was clean and comfortable although the outlook from the window was onto an unspectacular building! However the room was quiet and relatively peaceful after the noise of New York city! The hotel was in a great location for subway, jazz venues, small restaurants and eclectic shops.

A very nice hotel, extremly nice staff (among the best I met). A calm and attractive place to stay and rest after a hot New York/ Manhattan day. Nice bar and a very good restaurant in house. Always fresh water and some nice snacks every night in the room. Stayed 8 nights and will gladly come back. A summer stay when the out door terrrace is open.

This hotel, though on the southern tip of Manhattan, was conveniently located near several subway stations providing access to many different lines. We were sent to a room initially that had been cleaned but then it looked like someone had come afterwards to shower and dress (used razor in shower, empty perfume bottle, towel and robe used, etc.) The staff was very apologetic, sent us to a better room and sent up a bottle of red wine. The staff were just excellent. Requests were responded to immediately, and the bellmen were wonderful. On several occasions they and the concierge gave us great advice about transportation, places to eat, and things to do, and they always were smiling and friendly.

I liked the location of the hotel, the room was nice with a very comfortable bed and pillow and great view of the City from the 20th floor. The staff were very good also. We upgraded to the Sheraton Club on the 21st floor which was nice, it had a great view of the City and Hudson River. It is not a luxury hotel but is very comfortable and affordable.

Great location fro forays into New York. Just 20 minutes from Newark airport. About 20 minutes from New york City. You could easily dump the car and use the PATH train to go into the City of New York for just $2.50. The trains are clean and on time. The staff were helpful. Size of room and facilities in room. Staff friendly and helpful, my sister and i stayed a week and nothing was too much. Breakfast was busy but grand. Close to Path train - 5 minute walk not 15 as in other reviews. 2 stops to great shopping at Newport and 10 mins to World Trade Centre. Room spotless, housekeeping came in every day. ViP diner on main street fab. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The staff are fabulous, very friendly, professional, cannot do more to help. The pool is great - at times (weekend afternoons when the sun is out) it is quite a "scene" which might annoy someone looking to relax but it is what it is (and at other times it is very relaxing). The restaurants are very good and the rooftop bar/club PHD is great on a Saturday (although be aware that it is run separately from the hotel so after 11 or so, being a hotel guest does not guarantee access). Perfect view of the skyline, quiet neighbourhood - good to wind down after a day in the buzzing city. Room was huge, clean and equipped with all necessities (kitchen, dw, fridge, microwave, table to have breakfast with 2 persons etc.).

Was my first time at a Four Points Sheraton. I signed up for a frequent

The front desk girls were amazing .... very happy and extremely helpful. We had room 1601 (on the 16th floor) and had a view of the Empire State Building which was fab. The hotel was very quite at night .... just what we wanted. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to friends/family. For the money, it far exceeded our expectations. Greenwich and Soho are literally on the doorstep, so great for eating and shopping.

The complimentary breakfast was amazing an had one of the best selections of any hotel I've been to. Something for everyone! The rooftop terrace was beautiful and great to watch the sunset on as well as to eat. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. The large shower was great and always able to get warm water. Ice machines were easily accessible and staff were friendly.
