Staff during the day was lovely, very helpful and informative. Didn't need to ask much, both the receptionists knew exactly what we wanted and needed and the driver was very nice as well.
The receptionist the night we arrived, very unhelpfull with the airport to hotel transfer when i was told there would be a driver picking us up who then left without us and when i called again i had to wait another 25 minutes for a ride. When i asked for alternative transport like a taxi She could not gave me any usefull information at all. Then when we arrived by taxi She pretended not to know who i was. Not a great thinker, bad service.

Shower had good water pressure and plenty of warm water. The room was clean. The checkin was easy and fast. The location is nice if you are shopping.

The cleansliness of the hotel was great. The location is great as it is centrally located, close to everything. The pillows on the bed are amazing!
The restaurant breakfast is not that great--too greasy! It would be nice if there was a continental breakfast.

The front desk attendant(Michelle) had a very abrasive attitude and not friendly.
Our Room was exactly as requested and very comfortable. I enjoyed ordering breakfast room service the night before and selecting the delivery time. The breakfast exceeded my expectations.
Our room (918) was across from the ice & vending machines but it turned out ok; however, the view was of an office building and that wasn't so great. The hotel entrance driveway is so narrow that the pedestrians linger in the drive area while awaiting the hotel shuttle (and they don't move)...use extra caution if driving to this location.

beds were not that comfy for the price of the room. Could stand to upgrade the mattresses to something more comfortable. Can't get a good nights sleep on a slab of concrete.

The pool and hot tub were very large by average, great location near the Mall of America. Several eateries within a few short minutes. Offers several covered parking spots to customers
The shower didn't drain as well as I would like but overall everything went well!

Only real contact that we had were with folks at the check-in desk and at that immediate vicinity; But the staff persons were very helpful.
Parking lot was difficult to work our way through. We arrived late, and we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs in order to get to the elevator. This was due to the lack of parking space.

Staff was GREAT, Friendly and very helpful. Upon leaving the rear tires on my SUV were very low and I had a 6 hour drive home with 2 teens. Karen at the desk was understanding and was able to have Raleigh in Maintenance help me get them filled so I could get on the road! VERY much appreciated and we got home safely.
The room key never seemed to work in the elevator to be able to get off on our floor number 9. We had to make several trips with different elevators to be able to make it to our floor.

The room was beautiful and the location near both the airport and the Mall of America couldn't be better. We had dinner at the restaurant; the food was gourmet, delicious, and affordable. We were able to "park" our bags so that we didn't have to haul all of our airport bags to our room. The customer service was amiable, helpful--excellent in all respects. I have told all my friends about it.

One-hour frequency of shuttle a bit of an issue as taxi alternative is not popular with airport taxi drivers due to its proximity to airport. Had a 'wailing' taxi driver all the way to hotel.

Shuttel serivce from the mall was not good at all ... come on .... One shuttle every hour. At closeing time? ?? maybe rethink that we got 50 people on a twenty person bus ... other hotels were there evry 15 mins or so .... very low end for a high end hotel.....

The parking was far to carry your luggage to your room, with stairs involved. We felt the whole place was very stuffy, couldnt wait to get a breath of fresh air when we went outside. I found myself in front of the fan in the room to get some air! The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, did not get a restfull nights sleep.

It was close to the mall of America
It was dirty, there was an empty alcohol bottle and condom wrapper ontop of the entertainment stand. Also there was hairs in the bath tub. Not to be gross but we thought they were pubic hairs. It made us disgusted and upset this is what we got for purchasing a suite. I don't plan on staying in their hotel again.

The hotel was clean. The pool area was nice but the windows needed to be cleaned desperately! We utilized the shuttle to the mall but it was overcrowded and we had to wait for the driver to make a second trip to get back from the mall which left our family with four young children standing out in the cold.
The hotel is showing a little wear, frayed carpet and such. The refrigerator in the room barely worked. The cleaning staff didn't remove our dirty glasses just left them sitting in the room. They also didn't replace the liner for the ice bucket. Their were no towels in the pool area eventhough it was full of guests. When someone finally showed up with towels he attempted to lock them up instead of putting them on the shelves. I had to approach him and ask for towels for the six of us.
Staff was friendly, check in and out super fast and easy. Our room was nice and clean. The free shuttle service to Mall of America was great.
The bed and pillows weren't comfortable at all. We paid extra for the breakfast buffet and it was NOT worth it the food wasn't good. Walls are thin so we could here the people next door.
