  Helpful and courteous staff, in a natural way, not forced. Room had more comfort than I probably deserved; still, I appreciated the upgrade. I was headed for the national high school indoor track championships in New York and this was a very pleasant yet affordable place to stay. Thank you. - The staff was very nice and helpful; the breakfast was good, area not too crowded, plenty to go around. The room was beautiful, clean, well-insulated. I had a nice peaceful stay, while also able to walk into the more exciting parts of town.
