was very patient and was great with his directions .My room was nice and

Everyone was friendly, the bed was very comfortable, nice area, I would definately stay there again. The bartenders were extremely friendly. -
When they say location is everything, well this backs that 100%. Love

The hotel was huge and very nicely decorated, both in the reception area
and in the rooms. There were actual birds in the lobby, not sure if they
were supposed to be there or squatting, but I thought they were cute.
Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was easy to get a cab and
get to downtown Stamford for dinner and drinks. -

staff was friendly, accommodating as I needed assistance as far as the bathroom was concerned. We had a special young man with us who also has disabilities. These were all met with kindness. -
Very close to Sunnyside, Lyndhurst, and other historic sites. Quiet and convenient. Excellent staff -- knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

Helpful and courteous staff, in a natural way, not forced. Room had more comfort than I probably deserved; still, I appreciated the upgrade. I was headed for the national high school indoor track championships in New York and this was a very pleasant yet affordable place to stay. Un-fortunatly when we arrived we could not see the lobby for Sala Dancers, their friends parents etc. There was a lot of noise in the corridors but the staff stopped that & the manager was incredible kind to us.........
