On arrival, the manager Robert was so welcoming, very pleasant and great service. Jason during the day shift was very friendly and helpful. My family is still talking about the service.
The breakfast was very good and staff were friendly and helpful.
Parked on the street at night, which was helpful since we had a 12 seater van.

Everyone was friendly, the bed was very comfortable, nice area, I would definately stay there again. The bartenders were extremely friendly. -

We were met at the door by Mateo and had a wonderful experience from there out. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made our stay 100 times more comfterble. -
Better than average breakfast - fresh waffles and prepared egg dishes were good to have, if not great in quality. 24/7 coffee in the lobby a good touch.

All of the high tech gadgets in the room were easy to operate, even though I am 50+.The continental breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh baked goods and coffee. I would stay there again the next time I visit the area.

Hotel was clean, beds amazingly comfortable, located near train station for great access to Manhattan. Close to Sleepy Hollow cemetery and great restaurants. Bar and lounge were welcoming. Great wines! -

The staff was very nice and helpful, the facilities were comfortable, the area was pretty and peaceful. My main goal was to visit Sleepy Hollow. The hotel was only about 5 minutes away from the center of Tarrytown, which is also very nice, and maybe 8 minutes from Sleepy Hollow, if that. The hotel was very clean and functional. -

The hotel was huge and very nicely decorated, both in the reception area
and in the rooms. There were actual birds in the lobby, not sure if they
were supposed to be there or squatting, but I thought they were cute.
Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was easy to get a cab and
get to downtown Stamford for dinner and drinks. -

grown up with. The Hyatt Greenwich was outstanding in every way, which

This is a good alternative to visit nyc if you are not to pay over $200
for their overpriced hotels.The hotel is 10 miles north of Manhattan -
20 min ride by car. You can park at Bronx and take the subway. Our room
11 was clean and comfy. The only concern was the poor wall noise
insulation but if you are lucky to have good neighbors it is ok. -

clean, comfortable and an easy drive to the Dobbs Ferry train. The

Helpful and courteous staff, in a natural way, not forced. Room had more comfort than I probably deserved; still, I appreciated the upgrade. The staff was very nice and helpful; the breakfast was good, area not too crowded, plenty to go around. The room was beautiful, clean, well-insulated. I had a nice peaceful stay, while also able to walk into the more exciting parts of town.
